“Stain on my sheet, hair on the sheet in the other bed. Stain on carpet floor by bed. Looks like blood. Bathroom very dirty.”

“No light bulbs. Hair dryer did not work. Staff were unable to correct the problem.”

“Every appliance was up to par. It even included a dishwasher!”

“Arrived Friday evening, for a meeting at the prison for 7:30 AM on Saturday morning I was not informed until I arrive that breakfast was not available until 7 AM on Saturdays. Had to go out and look for a place to eat breakfast before the meeting. I did not see this on the website. It should be put there.”

“Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice but, it would also be nice to see effectively when not being “sexy”. But it wasn’t a bad stay. The bed felt comfortable at first but … wasn’t. The pillows and blankets were awesome! The drains do not……

“I was not allowed to check-in. She asked my dogs weight & said they could weight & figure out how much I owe according to pounds. I am 74 yrs old & had no where to stay. I had to drive after dark & my brother found me a room at someplace in Collins (Liberty Hotel). What a stressful day!”
