Artista di Firenze is located in a predominantly residential area just a short distance from the historical city centre. Its location, outside of the limited traffic area, and easily accessible from the highway exit 'Firenze Sud', allows for added convenience for those planning to travel by car. Situated near the lungarno, an area that runs along the riverside and is well served by the city's public transportation system. Lungarno is an ideal region for a panoramic stroll and is facilitated with all of the essential services including charming shops and supermarkets. The neighborhood is not far from the Stadium, with easy access to parks, swimming pools and concert venues. Perfect for a family or group as it can accomodate up to 5 guests. It is divided into two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two single beds. The other facilities include a bathroom with shower, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed, and a private terrace. Artista Firenze has the convenience of an elevator, Wi-Fi and independent heating and air conditioning.

The apartment is near the main Football Stadium 'Artemio Franchi', and the Athletic Stadium 'Ridolfi'. There are two swimming pools in the immediate vicinity: Costoli and Bellariva. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit außerhalb des Apartments aufgehalten, weil das es nicht so wie im Internet beschrieben war. Es war abgewohnt, dreckig und gefährlich. Die Steckdosen waren teils aus der Wand gehangen und die Kabel waren sichtbar. Am ersten Abend mussten wir bis 22:15 Uhr auf unsere Bettwäsche warten. Die Dusche war entweder kochend heiß oder sehr kalt und wechselte ständig zwischen den Temperaturen. Des Weiteren ist das Wasser nur mäßig abgelaufen und deshalb ist man immer im Wasser und Dreck von der nicht geputzten Wohnung gestanden. An einem Abend machten wir den Fehler die Wohnung von innen zu verschließen. Wir brauchten am nächsten Morgen 15 Minuten, um die Türe von innen zu öffnen. Unser Anruf bei dem “Emergency Contact” wurde nicht beantwortet. Auch wurden uns, nach dem 3. Versuch zu fragen wann die Wohnung geputzt wird, nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Es war nicht wie beschrieben ein funktionsfähiger Föhn noch ein Fernseher vorhanden.
