"This hotel is great, the piazza is wide and clean, and it's a very close walk to Florence's train station if you're arriving by train. You can easily roll all your large suitcases there and back from the station to the hotel. The views of the square from your room are great, and even if you don't have one the roof pool deck is classy and the views are amazing."

"Literally in the heart of Florence. It was a beautiful stay! Everyone in the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was by far the best part of the stay, the restaurant manager was amazing, even remembered our names the next day which was impressive. The water pressure was good.
