Best of the best house.
Out of the many many homes we’ve stayed in, this is by far our favorite. It’s our second stay and with the first stay, I was able to meet the owner and get a tour and history of the house prior to staying there. Love everything about it. Lovely house on the river
To the manager, This is a very fine, well stocked house in a great location. However, the shower/tub on the main level needs a non-slip mat. It is VERY slippery. Also, not sure about the dishwasher pods. It said Finish on them, as if they were rinse pods. Dishware didn't seem to get totally clean even tho the washer cycle was very long. Otherwise, everything went well.

Great house layout and well equipped
We stayed in this house with one other family while attending a nearby basketball tournament for our kids. The house is laid out well with the bedrooms having enough separation to have quiet for everyone. The view from the kitchen/dining room is beautiful. We weren't able to take advantage of the firepit or walk to the river due to the weather during our trip, but it looked like it would be a lot of fun. There are a lot of stairs so this may not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but we found it to be very cozy and perfect for our needs.

Great location
This place was well stock in the kitchen. The beds were average 7/10. The location was excellent, a short walk out the back to sit by the river and watch the local fishermen pull out there crab pots. It was about a 20 minute walk to old town to enjoy 1 of the many fine restaurants located down there. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Lovely property.super clean. Great views. Great parking. Kitchen table needs stabilizing. Very wobbly. Would have loved a better explanation of floors and stairs. Suggest stating primary on main but Stairs to get and not all on 1 floor. mom is 83 so stairs were a surprise. Looked like main floor was 1 level. Overall, happy.

The basic internet wouldn't connect and after staff tried everything by phone including unhooking the TV internet and promising the basic internet would be fixed the next morning--the result is that no one contacted us the next day and the cable on the Living room TV then wouldn't work. Disappointing.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay with friends so much. Lots of windows to view the river and across to the sand dunes. Easy access to good walking. The house itself is lovely, great lay-out, beds comfortable. We would definitely reccomend. One suggestion-teflon frying pans need replacing.

Girl Getaway
Recently my sister's and I had the perfect getaway to your property. The location was perfect for walking into town or watching the sunset on the sand dunes. We loved the house. It's laid out so well , with sleeping areas nicely separated, and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space for us all to spread out in the huge kitchen and dining area , or get cozy in the living room with the fireplace and enjoy the beautiful views of the river and sand dunes. This house does not disappoint on any level. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect with a View
All four adults were in awe of the river view. The home was so comfortable, beds great, clean showers and lots of room. We had a fire one night and used the Adirondacks in the sandy area. Kitchen had every tool we needed and more. Fully recommend this location. Close to Florence Golf Links-which is why we booked (…and that view, fish jumping which you could watch from the dining table)

A secluded lot where the backyard opens up into the Exploding whale memorial park. Nice view out of the house across the river to the sand dunes. House was very nice, very clean, comfy beds. easy to get in and out. Would have liked to stay longer.

Absolutely loved it!
This place is really amazing, it's a little older but has maintained well and updated where needed. We found the stay to be very comfortable, well though out and the scenery was stunning. I'd stay here again without hesitation, loved everything about it. One not is that we had a really large trailer big enough to hold two UTV's and while the driveway is large with enough room for multiple cars, the entrance is a little tight getting into and space for a large trailer is a somewhat limited.

Excellent location to town. Walked to dinner a few times. Awesome parking for our boat and abs truck (we are about 55ft long) and other car, but could have had another car easily. Lots of space for all family members to spread out. Cool view and fun access to beach area.

Perfect family getaway
The photo of path to the beach on the river is what led me to stay in this property, and that path delivered! It's maybe a two minute walk to a delightful beach. Lots of sea life viewing: seals, ospreys, blue herons, ducks, crabs, jumping fish and even seals. The kids had a great time at "their" beach. In this location the river is very slow moving so it was very safe for the kids. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit in the yard. Oh, and the house was marvelous too! - lots of wood, open floor plan, cozy gas fireplace, comfy lounge chairs, and great views of the river and sand dunes.

MY FAVORITE RENTAL
I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 3 of my girlfriends and it exceeded my expectations. The layout was fantastic and spacious, and the outside made me feel like I was camping, secluded from the world. I posted pictures of the beautiful views/property and had multiple people ask me to send them the rental link. I will be renting here again in the future for sure!

This house is infested with fleas
A couple of days into our stay, my wife noticed some flea bites on her ankles. The house is near a park and a popular dog walking trail, so we thought they were coming from outside. She kept getting more bites each day and then bites started appearing on my 5-year old daughter. Pet's are not allowed per the house's rental policy, however we found dog animal hair on most of the blankets and in the carpets. We assume the owner had pets or pets were allowed at some point. Finally, we set a cup of water out and caught several fleas. This confirmed that the fleas were INSIDE THE HOUSE. We cut our stay short and immediately left. My wife is deathly allergic to fleas. The bites cause blisters and scarring. She currently has blisters the size of quarters on her ankles and my daughter has bites on her legs and back. All of our belongings are currently quarantined in our car and we will have to wash everything in hot water to kill the flea eggs so as to not infest our home. We will have to throw away some of our clothes that can't be washed in hot water. The overall cleanliness of the house was really bad. We also had to buy basic items like dishwater detergent, garbage bags, and tin foil because they were not supplied. The location was great. Staying in the house was a miserable experience because of the cleanliness and the FLEAS!

The house is in a great location with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the place is big enough to where everyone can have some privacy. The deck is nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Only weird thing is that only one bedroom has a door. Other than that, this place is great! I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence.

What a wonderful time we had together. This house was one of the best we’ve rented. Clean, comfortable, well supplied with books, games, kitchenware, wildlife and... that view of the river, wow. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Florence is charming with lots of local artist shops, fishing, crabbing and dining. What a fun little town.
