"Hotel is a bit ragged at the edges due to age but the whole staff from housekeeping to breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was beyond excellent with multiple gluten free options! "

Única ponderação seria sobre o apartamento que possui uma porta interna que divide a apartamento do outro sem isolamenro acústico, o que torna a experiencia do quarto não tão boa, pois escuta barulho, falas e choro das criancas de um lado para outro. Demais avaliações teria a nota máxima, servico de limpeza e arrumação, atendentes dos bares, garçons dos restaurantes, pessoal do entretenimento, motoristas do transporte interno, todos com avaliacao maxima. Com certeza voltarei."

"We only stayed one night since we were in town to see friends. The hotel accommodated us well, check-in was easy, the room was immaculate and the shower has fantastic water pressure. We would choose this again for a longer stay."

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."
