From the time of checking in, front desk associate was subpar at providing customer satisfaction. He was so focused on how my name read, (to which i contacted Expedia to have corrected)- he provided a key, did not give the welcome what to expect, check in pr check out times, did not iterate when compliment breakfast was.
The bed in the room was decent. There were no toiletries- soap shampoos)
The water would not get hot. And lastly when i did attempt to enjoy the breakfast, as described ONLY on the website- all that was available was cold cereal, coffee, yogurt, and waffle options. And the next attendant was less helpful and courteous.
My goal was to stay another night...but after my experience I would recommend anyone looking for room to sleep in their vehicle before booking with this hotel.
