What we Love:
Location: Perched on a sand dune above Forresters Beach, connected to a bush reserve to the west, providing a serene and private setting.

Design: A masterpiece of light and space, with living areas seemingly suspended in air, offering spectacular scenic vistas.

Open Plan Living: Spacious open plan living and dining zones bathed in natural light, designed for relaxation and entertainment.

Rumpus Room: An additional rumpus room on the top level for extra living space.

Guest Access:
There are a number of stairs from street level to access the home. There is rear land access however for dropping luggage and groceries.

Other Things to Note:
* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $1000 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure *
COAST HOSTING DOES NOT allow 3rd party booking without prior consent.
A $1,000 refundable deposit bond is payable prior to your arrival.
All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation
COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, digital speakers for surround sound, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.
NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council
There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.

    Gorgeous house in a beautiful spot

    Property was comfortable and beautifully decorated and what a view! Kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed, sparse on the condiments however, so remember to pack whatever you need in this regard. My friends and I booked it for our once a year weekend away catch up and we loved relaxing in the house and exploring the coastal walk and Forresters Beach. There are lots of stairs and the view is worth it. Highly recommend booking the Sandcastle.
