Beautiful cottage - great location in Old Town near Colorado State University!

For relaxation or working away from home you CAN have it all here in Old Town Fort Collins! Our two bedroom carriage house welcomes you with all things convenient, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.

Great place

The property is close to the CSU campus and shopping dining area only blocks away. The cottage is well designed to take advantage of every space. It is decorated very nicely and is well appointed. It has everything you need and then some. The space is great for 2 people but could be right for 4 however. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Ft Collins.

Cheerful and sparkly clean cottage!

This place was so comfy. The host has thought of the details a guest might need. Because we were visiting our daughter we didn't test the kitchen but we really enjoyed the sunny and restful space. Thanks for a great stay!

Great cottage and location

Stayed here over holidays and enjoyed the cottage. Location is close to CSU and Old Town. Beds were confortable. Would stay here again, good for long weekend visit!

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was just right for the two of us to use as a home base. We enjoyed visiting with our family in their various homes. All four generations of us. Also, we love the Ft Collins area. Great visit!

Great vacation rental

The place was clean, well kept and lovely. It was the perfect size for two adults and two kids (ages 8 and 10). The small kitchen was sufficient for cooking lots of simple meals. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and eating meals. The location was great for walking to many restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful stay

Perfect spot for a family of four (adults) to celebrate their brother's graduation from CSU graduate program. Very close to campus, clean, very attentive host who let us check in early, and nice to have coffee at the ready in the kitchen. This is our second stay here and I would come back in a heartbeat. Very reasonable price as well.

Old Town Charming Cottage

The cottage is in a great location for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area. Many great restaurants are in walking distance. All the comforts of home were wrapped up in this adorable cottage. Loved our stay!

Great Place!

Quick weekend in the Fort

Perfect sized backyard cottage and so close to campus! Had a great weekend at this place. I forgot it had bikes and we brought our own. The bike friendly layout of Ft Collins is so nice!

Fort Collins Gem

This is a well-appointed, charming, private and quiet place. It's in a very convenient neighborhood, with safe off-street parking. The outdoor space is a bonus - lovely to sit and enjoy. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we are back in Fort Collins we hope this is available again.

Perfect spot near Old Town

The cottage was a perfect spot for me and my wife to stay while visiting our kids in Fort Collins. Old Town and the CSU campus are both within walking distance. There is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (the Bluebird is an awesome breakfast and lunch spot). The cottage was really clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very easy to communicate with and they truly want you to be happy while enjoying their little piece of Fort Collins. We will be back!

Well equipped, clean, bright

House was nicer than pictures convey. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, everything is there to fix meals. Outdoor grill and firepit were added bonus. Beds were very comfy! Perfect location and easy in/out access.

The cottage was lovely, very clean, and Well stocked The only issue is the spiral staircase and our luggage. Downtown Fort Collins was lovely, wonderful food. The ghost tour was a lot of fun.

Convenient Fort Collins Location

This was an ideal place to spend 10 days visiting our granddaughters in Fort Collins. They were able to spend several nights staying in the upper loft. We had several cookouts and dinners in the outside patio area. Very clean and anything we needed was provided. We will be back again later this year.

Visit to CSU student

Everything that we needed was on the property, the loft worked incredibly well, the outdoor spaces were inviting, the site was close to campus, the place was clean and delightful. The only glitch was that we didn't drive to the house, so we entered from the sidewalk (not the alley) and then had to contact Lynne to get directions to the property itself (instead of one of the other buildings on the site). But Lynne quickly answered our call and directed us to the proper front door.

Lovely and Convenient!

The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend this VRBO!

Excellent Stay

My wife and I have stayed in several VRBO in Ft Collins and this was our favorite place. The cottage is comfortable, clean, safe, quiet and smells good. The owners do an excellent job proving everything needed and some that we didn't consider like rain jackets, bikes, outdoor fire pit, etc. This is a perfect place for couples or those traveling with small children. The kitchen does not have a stove or oven but there's a George Forman grill, skillet, BBQ and other amenities. The location is excellent and walking distance to CSU. Also, you have your own parking space which is a premium in this community. We will definitely stay here again.
