We booked this hotel because the website indicated free shuttle to the airport. However, the hotel only offers a complimentary shuttle HOURLY and based on AVAILABILITY. We checked in early and was told there is no shuttle available to the airport for us as indicated in on the website. The staff was not pleasant or welcoming. No apologies for not having room on the shuttle. Just it’s full. As a HPG member I am highly disappointed. We booked this hotel based on the complimentary shuttle to airport. We leave 5 am and their shuttle is booked for that time. And even though it’s only a 10-15 drive they only go each hour. I think the hotel should provide us with taxi service since it advertises complimentary shuttle to the airport. It doesn’t say based on availability.

Check in was a little hectic, but we did come in early and there were several people coming in early and others checking out for cruise ships. They will take your number and hold your bags and give you a call when a room is available. We only stayed 1 night and didn’t check out any of the amenities. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle will go to the airport every hour on the hour, with a request of you to be in the lobby 15 min prior.

Great hotel! Pool was nice & clean! It was a great stay and after we checked out they even offered to hold our luggage for a couple hours till our boarding!! One downside is there was a ton of construction outside. Also, we could only include 2 breakfasts in the reservation and had to pay $20 each for the other 2 we needed (both kids) the staff member refused to split the bills (so we could tip them easier) & the breakfast was of the free continental breakfast kind, very generic for the expensive price. Should have skipped eating at the hotel because it would have been less expensive and better quality at a close by restaurant. Otherwise the room was beautiful & was impressed otherwise.

The staff were not very friendly at all. I felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Walked to a Diner down the road a bit, but Ubered back. Did not feel safe. It is close to the cruise port and the airport. But I would not stay here again unless I was going on a cruise. Room was pretty clean. Bed uncomfortable.

We arrived at around 10 pm and the night staff was excellent, the buffet breakfast was very good. The room was huge. The shuttle to the cruise ship port was a nice surprise.

The employees were great and Lucretia at the Front desk went above and beyond and made this stay so much better thank you for having employees that good. VERY disappointed in our stay. Before I even booked this hotel I called to find out if we could get early check in as our flight was arriving very early and I was told YES we could check in at 10am. Our flight was to arrive at 830am and by the time we got our bags and to the hotel it would work out perfect. The day of, our flight got in a little early and we ended up being at the hotel for 845am which was fine we planned to get some breakfast and then check in. However, I was told no we absolutely could not do early check in, they don’t even do that ?? And that the cleaning staff doesn’t even start until 11am. The earliest they were able to check us in was 1pm. We waited there for nearly 4.5 hours with 3 small children under the age of 6 who had been up since 130am. I was told that next time to book two nights so this wouldn’t happen…. That’s all fine and dandy except I CALLLED first and they told me no problem. Btw the next morning we went to breakfast and the cleaning staff were cleaning at 9am ! So clearly we were lied to in more ways than 1. Very disappointed abd will absolutely never be back. No compensation was made and no effort to make things right. Terrible.

Loved that we could store our luggage and go to the pool/ eat at the restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready. Also, they called me an hour before the usual check in time to let us know we could go to the room. Room was awesome, beds were so comfortable. Everything was immaculate, shower was so nice. Breakfast ( pre-paid) was excellent. Buffet style but had plenty of hot foods, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal, pancakes etc. The only improvement could be a shuttle every half hour instead of every hour. The airport is only a mile away. The list filled up quickly so many had to take an earlier shuttle ( started at 3:00 am). Also, we had pre-paid for breakfast, then when we checked in, found out that breakfast started at 6:00 so we cancelled our 6:00 shuttle reservation and took a ride share to the airport at 6:30. I initially tried to get a refund for breakfast but was told I had to contact IHG to start the process. Not convenient
