Hilton hotel has a rooftop bar. So every evening the lobby was full of people from outside hotel coming in and out. One elevator was keep just for rooftop. Also the room has a few things to fix it and I told the stuff bud they did not fix it. I am so satisfied with the Hilton hotel. I did have different opinion before for this kind of hotel. But now I am so disappointed.

My stay here was great. I loved the fact that it was clean and the staff, very accommodating. The only complaints I would have is that there was only one hot tub open with was always full. I also wish one of the restaurants had a more kid/teen friendly menu. Other than that I would highly recommend.

We had an issue with my room and was instantly upgraded to the Presidential Suite for the night. We were later given a one bedroom suite which was also a win! The front desk staff and attendants were excellent and accommodating. There was one incident in which a parking attendant questioned the legitimacy of us going to our room (as if we did not belong). Clearly our skin tone unearthed some deep seeded something in him and clouded his thinking. I was not having it, so yes, he did indeed get reported. specially since it was HE that did not have access to that particular area or elevator beyond a certain floor. Nonetheless, it did not spoil my trip nor the excellent customer service we received throughout. I would definitely come back!

What I enjoyed most was the support staff and their efforts and enthusiasm to making sure our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. Also there was Melody at the front desk who greeted us with a warm welcome to the resort! Her attention to detail and excellent customer service skills were beyond what we expected. Combined they made a memorable experience one we will not forget. The Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort is a gem! It houses several dining locations on premises and located within walking distances to great fine dining establishments. We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! All the best and we hope to visit in the near future.

The staff were very accommodating in all areas and went out of their way to assist. The one complaint is related to the new club that opened, the lobby and parking was a disaster the nights the club opened . The valet ‘s are grossly understaffed and can’t handle the volume of guests and people coming to the club . The wait times grew to 45 minutes at some points . It was also hard to sleep when the club was open , you could the music all hours of the night .

My husband and I have been coming here for 15 years. It’s always easy to get to various restaurants and going to the beach is within a minute walking distance as it is across the street. The pool happens to be too crowded at times and unfortunately, too many kids are in the hot tub outside with no parental guidance. That is my only issue with the pool situation and there were many seats that said reserved and were never used within a three hour time span at the pool. Overall we will come back

Leaving today and the place was excellent. The staff is super friendly and the room was great. Swimming pool is on 6th floor so very windy. We were T the beach right across the street and the hotel provides towels and chairs for two people. The food was ok as vegetarians not a lot of options. FYI if you are renting a car do it at budget or Avis at the property so you do not have to pay the really high parking fee.

The staff was proffessional and friendly. From the valet, front desk, rental car, and cleaning service I was treated like royalty. The entire staff was always smiling. They helped make a great vacation even better. Not sure about all the Hiltons but this spot gets 5 stars

Very nice beach hotel. On weekends, asume with high demands of rooms... the service of elevators od terrible!! Way too much time waiting in lobby or on floors waiting for elevaror.

When we checked in we did not receive the room we thought we had paid for. They said because we had booked through Expedia, the description of the room was not correct. We thought we were getting a Jr. suite that was supposed to be over 600 sq’ with a kitchenette, bedroom and living space with a couch. Instead we got a small room with just a bed and small kitchenette(which was just a microwave, fridge and two burners on a very small countertop). The kitchenette had no kitchen supplies unless you asked for them. There was no laundry machines in the hotel to do a quick load of laundry. Instead we were told to use the laundry service that was crazy expensive. The workers in the pool area were very rude.
