Our host, Emre, was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and even upgraded our accommodation! Everything you need for beach is there (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, water!) Quick 1 block walk to beach. Everything in room is clean, upgraded, and bed was very comfortable! Awesome place! We'll be back!!

The staff was amazing. Clean, well maintained. Large rooms that had a fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely vacation there again!

It is a small and modest property. I was very pleased with the cleanness of my room. The staff is very attentive to the guests. Very personable! As a bonus trait: They really care! forgot my work planner in the room. I was going out of mind. It had been a few days and when I called the hotel, they offered to mail it to me. That made me even happier about my stay at Ashley’s! So grateful!! I hope to stay there again!

Nice little Motel. Rooms have kitchen and large refrigerator. Nothing fancy but could spend a couple of weeks here. Met at front desk, was early but they made sure I could drop my bag in room and gave me a key.

A Hidden Gem
Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside the hotel appeared as I expected for a very moderately priced hotel. But once I got into room I was very happily surprised. The room was clean, remodeled nicely (other than ceiling) and had everything and more in it -comfortable bed and pillows, tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a recliner to watch tv. The towels were surprisingly plush and wonderful. All in all my 4 night stay was a wonderful surprise. Emre, the proprietor was most welcoming and ready to respond to any issues, but there were none. Highly recommend .

Nice stay with our toddler
We had a wonderful time staying here. The ladies that were onsite were very nice, the room was updated and clean, and we enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. While the hotel is not on the beach, it is a very easy walk to the nearby beach access and path connecting to the boardwalk. Also, the parking lot is convenient to the rooms so it was easy to load/unload kid gear from the car. Next time we plan a trip to the area, we will stay again!

We checked in to this property in early April and had two rooms. The host was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy, and rates were exactly what we saw online, no surprises. Rooms are spacious and kitchens include stove, oven, full fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were able to cook a holiday meal and bake a dessert here too! Our host Emre also offered plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, even a beach cart to carry everything to the beach a short walk away. He also supplies pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. My family particularly enjoyed the cats that live nearby! Overall this was a great place to stay and we will be back again when we are in the area.

I love this place! The owners were so helpful - my flight was delayed and I got in very late. They were super communicative and literally had the light on for me. Very quaint little old Florida motel on the exterior - updated cute and comfy inside the room.

Perfect for our short trip to Deerfield Beach! It was a really easy walk to the pier with plenty of food and drink options. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were always very kind and helpful! We would definitely come back again!

Perfect Beach Retreat
There were many great reviews for this place and they were all well deserved. It's perfect for a beach holiday - Super clean, well appointed and modern room #3, a nice, clean pool and only 1 block from a beautiful beach. But what made it an excellent choice was Emory (Emery?) and the friendliness of several of the long term residents. I felt like I was home, but without the gloomy weather!

The Ashley Brooke was extremely clean and comfortable. We were supplied with more amenities and products than we actually even required. The pool was wonderful and the beach being just across the street was so convenient; the beach towels and chairs provided were exceptional. Emery was a fantastic host! We will definitely plan to return to the Ashley Brooke any time we stay in that east coast area of Florida!!!

We had a great time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The hotel had beach towels and beach chairs to use at your leisure. When we needed a beach break, we layed and swam at the pool. An easy 12 minute walk along the beach to amazing restaurants, id recommend JBs. Our flight was delayed and the owner stayed up late to ensure we were able to check into our room. Great service, wed love to return.

If you are looking for a home away from with all the basic needs, this is the place to be. clean, quiet, very friendly and accommodating staff. Emre, the owner is superb. Hospitable is not enough to describe him. We will definitely come back

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ashley Brooke and wont be the last! The rooms are so nice and beautifully updated with everything you could ever need. Emre treats everyone like family and felt like we were staying with a friend! Our girls loved the pool and all the toys to choose from! Easy walk to the beach! I was very disappointed with this motel because I had such high hopes for this place. I booked well in advance and was given a free upgrade. After reading rave reviews, I was excited that I may have found a great place to stay when I come to Deerfield beach 3-4 times a year. The one thing I agree with is Emre the owner is a really nice guy. My wishlist is clean, cheap, quiet and safe. All boxes were checked. BUT… Electrical issues in the room. Lights suddenly turn on or off. Ceiling fan turns on and off on its own Lock was funky and I was unable to lock when going out without managers help. I also couldn’t get out of the room 2 different mornings without a lot of difficulty. the lock has been replaced. AC kept turning on every 3 minutes and turning off 20 seconds later keeping me awake. The trick was to turn off energy saver so it runs constantly. My last night, the AC was loudly rattled when cooling. I had to shut it off and use the ceiling fan. A lot of negatives but I’d give the benefit of the doubt that the others rooms may not have any issues. that was UNTIL I got back to the hotel tonight. I had some juice in the refrigerator to take my meds in morning before a 5AMflight. When returning to room I found my juice was gone. My own personal soap is no longer there either. The universe is telling me to stay away….. too many issues.

Dear Karen, If you recall as soon as you complained about something we had it fixed right away. You said that there was a problem with the door lock we had it replaced right away. You said that the A/C kept going off well we call that user error. You had it on the settings that turns off the A/C when it reaches the selected temp and turns back on when it get above it again. When you complained about that we told you exactly what it was and it was solved. And as for your soap and juice, Well you had taken everything from your room. You took all your toiletries, Clothes, Suitcases, Books...ect. There was nothing left in the room. So what do you think the housekeeping is going to think? If all that was left behind, according to you, was a little piece of used soap and a little bit of juice, Which the housekeeper claims there was nothing left in the fridge. So yes Karen, you are correct about one thing, the universe is telling us all something...

Excellent place to bring a family. King size room is like a 2 bedroom apartment. Friendly environment, pool equipment to borrow while staying on site.
