This is a Studio Apartment located a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean, just across the street from the White Sandy Beach of Hollywood. It comes with a full kitchen, a full bathroom and a seperate dressing area.This is a ground floor apartment that faces the Courtyard. The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.

We had such an amazing time. The condo is well stocked with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The owner was excellent. Nice safe and gated complex. The Boardwalk is a short walk and has different restaurants. The Boardwalk was my favorite. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere. Go to Margaritaville and check out the concerts. The only thing that I would recommend is having a blanket in the condo.

Boardwalk Paradise
Gail & Al are awesome. The place is very tidy and close to all. I recommend Latitudes to eat. So much to do, relax on the beach, rent a bike, exercise at the boardwalk fitness stations or people watch while enjoying a cocktail at one of the many watering holes on the boardwalk. I will definitely stay here again. Thx. Gail for being such a gracious host. 👍🏼

Location location location!
This property is as advertized on the site. Kitchen well stocked, bed was confortable, direct tv, parking space near the unit, super clean and inviting, inside and out. Very secure. The pool is amazing. Most other rentors return year after year and, as such, are very helpful with amenities etc. Contact with the owner was super easy and friendly, e.g., we locked ourselves out and within 30 min, the owner (who doesn't live near) sent someone to let us in. The best trait though has to be the closeness to the Broadwalk and beach without sacrificing privacy, peace and quiet and security! We would return there without hesitation. Thanks Gail for having made our two weeks trip to Hollywood a very enjoyable one!

Perfect Spot.

Love the neighborhood!
We loved not only the location, but the quaint boutique feel of the gated neighborhood just steps from the beach. As a studio, it's well laid out and well provisioned with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, necessities and thoughtful detail. The host made check-in easy and was quick to respond to our questions. The heated pool was an extra bonus! We will definitely come back again for longer next year!

Perfect location
This was the perfect location to walk to everything! Sunrise on the beach every morning, live music at the Hollywood band shell in the evening and plenty of great places to eat, shop, ride bikes and rollerblade. The room looked just like the pictures and was equipped with all we needed. Pool was clean and we even used the grill to cook dinner a couple times. We will be back!

My husband and I found this little jewel on VRBO and went to Hollywood beach to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We enjoyed it so much the location was perfect, comfortable bed when we were resting, and everything you need at your fingertips. Gail was very helpful, and we will definitely be back.

Great location, in a cute neighborhood, just half a block from the beach. We went out to watch the sunrise every morning. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Wow. This rental was just as advertised. The location was outstanding. Having a pool and courtyard was great. The host was also wonderful. We landed in a hurricane and she was more than accomidating and checked in on me. Being single traveling alone to a place I had not been before, the locked gate was peace of mind. i would definitly recommend this rental and would 100% stay here again. The only improvement I would make is the coffee maker, but then again I drink alot of coffee! Kathleen

Great location!
Staying at the Oasis condo rental turned out to be a really nice choice. We stayed in room 14 which was a studio. Old decor but clean. Queen size bed, very comfortable. Room was Small but manageable for 2 people. It was clean, comfortable. A welcome bottle of wine on the table was a nice gesture, even though we did not open! One con: It would be nice to have more counter space for preparing meals. I always seemed to have the dish rack out, so that left no space . Another small table would work, or one that was attached to the wall that could fold up or down when needed. That would work and be out of the way when not using. Shower is a bit small, and for some reason no wash clothes! ( not using a bath scrub in there if other people are using it) There were plenty of bath towels and a few beach towels that were nice. Beach chairs were too small to fit, but there were a couple stadium chairs there. There was a dresser to put clothes in and 2 night stands with drawers for extra space as well. The closet was jammed with the beach gear, and it would be nice to replace the wire hangers with plastic hangers for your clothes you want to hang, (we understand there is no other space to keep the beach stuff) We had an issue with the A/C going out one day and owner had it taken care of immediately! Super nice! There is a ceiling fan as well. The pool area was great! Water was warm, loungers all around the pool, 4 tables with umbrellas. Very nice. We were there every day. The walk to the beach and Boardwalk were literally 2 minutes around the corner. Great location, minutes to walk down to Margaritaville which has the open pavilion with live music from 7-9 at night. Restaurants we at ate were all very good! Did not have one bad meal anywhere. There is a Publix grocery store on Hollywood Blvd. perfect for your needs at the condo. There is a gas grill outside the rooms we were at, so you can cook dinners. 4 table & chairs under a covered area for use. Great so your not under the blazing sun if you want to eat outdoors. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Owner was really nice to work with. We will be back.
