I chose the place due to the affordability in combination with the area as it’s very close to Ft L downtown and specific things I also wanted like several close grocery stores and restaurants. The owner has several units and lives at the end. The whole time of my stay he was working on upkeep of the property and he even introduced himself and asked if any improvements could be made. I suggested that the shower door could be longer to keep water in and he immediately offered a solution and to get additional curtains for it. They seem like a kind family so I prefer to support that versus a property empire. Supporting local is important. Laundry is on site and you can send money through zellle to do your loads and forget about getting quarters.
