I didn't like that even thought I requested room service for garbage to be thrown out and requested more coffee, I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels, get coffee and dispose the garbage myself.

Overall experience: 1* I booked this place last minute cause my flight got canceled. It said close to Wilton Manors. Why not give it a try? - I asked myself. Location: 1* While it says close to Wilton Manors, the area it’s something else... not good. Sketchy people hanging around the hotel. Located by highway and rails, very noisy. I had to ask for a different room facing the other direction (by the pool) because the noise at the front was unbearable. Service&Amenities: 1* You get a bed and a bathroom. Only one outlet worked in the bedroom, AC was on and off, you couldn’t control it. The reception was in a separate building, the entire hotel seemed a little bit sketchy, reminded me of motel 6. People sketch, smoking weed on the stairs, socializing on the hallway. And the hotel makes you sign a form where they take no responsibility if they break into your room, or something gets stolen. While front desk person found me a new room, couldn’t make the electric keys function for the first 4-5 times . I had to walk back and forth with my luggage at least 3 times until he came along with me to help and made it work. The only thing I liked they had a shuttle to the airport. Driver was not friendly at all, but at least they gave me a way out of this place for free. Do not recommend! You can really only find better than this place!

Great stay for the price and the 3star ratings. People write reviews complaining about the dumbest things. Like they were expecting a 4 star resort for the price. I stayed there 5 days and besides 1 minor complaint, not worth mentioning, it was a great stay.

After waiting an hour with multiple calls to the hotel for my complementary airport pickup, they told me take a cab, and estimated it at $20. They said keep a receipt. It was actually $37.50 plus $2.50 tip totaling $40. At the hotel, they handed me $33, claiming $35 was their limit (news to me), minus $2 for a safe I did not want. After a lot of arguing, they finally gave me $35, along with some insults. The room they assigned was on the side facing the highway. Other people checked in after me and were given rooms on the quiet side facing the pool. It looked to me like the manager was getting even with me for the $2.00! The noise kept me away all night. Never again.

Our door latch wouldn’t work. People smoking pot all over the hotel permeating into the walls. We ended up staying about 3 hours, packed up and left paying for a new hotel. Don’t stay there. Especially with kids!

The first night we arrived the bathroom was dirty and clogged!! The employee went against everything I said. Stated the bed was made which means the room was cleaned by the cleaning crew and accused my guest and I about using the bathroom when we had just arrived to the hotel! Very rude, refused to listen to me as the customer overall disappointed. I traveled for a family emergency to only be met with more stress and inconvenience at this establishment! NEVER AGAIN!!

In the 9 days we stayed, we never saw another tourist staying at this hotel. It was full of people that seemed to live there, that seemed unemployed and were a lot of the time sitting in the hallways or stairways watching their cell phones or smoking. Nothing went wrong with these persons, but it didn’t feel like a tourist hotel and we felt a little like fish out of water. The cleaning service was bad and totally confusing. There was a sign in the room that said that the towels and sheets were changed every 3 days unless you requested differently. But on the days they didn’t change the towels/sheets, they didn’t clean the floors, some days they changed the garbage bags and some others they didn’t, they never made the beds. I actually had to request the bare minimum cleaning service more than once in our stay. We were staying in a non-smoking bedroom. But there was always a lot of smoke smell in the room. The staff told us that the smell came from the vent, from other rooms that were smoking rooms. Their solution was to give us a deodorant spray.

Service was very helpful and informative. Room was clean and nice. The one thing I felt was terrible was where our room was located. We were in front beside a 6 lane busy highway. The noise was like you had the windows open. I might have slept or dosed off for 2 hours. Also we weren't given a room until we showed up and I thought reserving a room earlier might have given us a room away from the road.

" ghetto " motel...stayed Feb 14-19 and Feb 23-26 1st time..fridge an microwave not working..safe was locked..no iron..couldn't make local calls..air conditioner stopped working..bug/ants..but the worst..floor was filthy dirty!! unwashed like " ever "..walking around barefoot for a minute or 2 would leave your feet BLACK!!..every time I went into the office there would be 2or3 " homeboys " sleeping on a small couch...charming..came back from a short cruise..stuck..already booked and nowhere else to go..got a room in the front and had to endure MENTAL road noise directly facing the very busy Oakland Park Blvd and the adjacent level crossing.with trains passing every 5-10 minutes NIGHTMARE would never stay there again..not even for free

The check-n process was great. They were nice and courteous. Unfortunately once in tje room you could hear the traffic and the train was loud. Within 2 minutes I had killed a cockroach. The shower was very slow to drain and noticed the brownish water. I will not stay here again.
