You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
“Pastel home”Coastal vibes! Near beach/ ports!
Private and chic cottage with beach vibes! Every detail has been meticulously curated , from the vaulted ceilings to the arched doorways . This house is centrally located in downtown Fort Lauderdale and steps from Wilton Manors! The house is a 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage. The master bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room the sofa is a pullout bed. Private large patio area. Free parking for 1 vehicle.
No parties or events.
The fee for excessive cleaning is $30 on top of the base cleaning fee. Absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed. If found we will charge an additional clean up fee of $100
No loud music after 8pm Mon-Fri, 9pm weekends. This is a residential area so please courteous to our neighbors and community. Guests are allowed no more than 4 people at any given time.
No smoking indoors.
You are allowed a maximum of 2 parking spaces.
Please Wash dishes . Discard all food from refrigerator. Thanks so much!
