Excelente Atención por parte del Personal , Principalmente de Su Manager, Mr. Abby. Cuenta con todos los requerimientos para un perfecto fin de Semana de playa. A escasos minutos a pie de Hollywood Beach. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

This was a last minute stay and it was wonderful. Room was very clean cold AC, bed was big and comfortable. Even pet friendly which was a plus for us and our frenchie. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful and clean. Definitely can’t wait to come again!!

Manager was nice i feel bad given this review but my room wasn't what i thought i was getting for the price i paid. I see that they seem to be doing renovation but my room did not look like the pictures. I had no sofa,walls where dirty, beds where old and dirty. It smelled like an ashtray. Refrigerator was rusted and dirty. I was very discouraged with the room. My daughter wanted to spend the night on the beach for her birthday so i didn't complain to the Manager whilebi was there we just made the best of it.

Staff was helpful, patient, & kind!! Check in was quick & easy. I was impressed that it is a whole apartment for such an amazing price. I felt safe here with my family & liked the secure code to unlock the door. I especially loved that it was literally less than a 3 minute walk from the beach! Plenty of food, shoppes, & attractions nearby. Would visit again & highly recommend.

Room was clean and updated. No coffee or pot- despite kitchenette. There are no ice machines on property. Staff was helpful and told me to text him if I needed dishes. Bed was harder than I prefer.

Convenient on the boardwalk but the hotel itself is dirty. The room we stayed in was not cleaned. Sheets had stains, shower had someones soap and toilet paper in it, trashcan had dirty underwear in it. Overall not clean.

Our management repeatedly asked for any complaint or discomfort from every guest during their stay, If you had an issue you should inform us. We show our room to our guests at the time of check-in.

The front desk lasy wad so rude! I would never come here again. There was a roach in our room we had to kill and had no towels when we checked in. When we checked we weere told we had to leave the property immeditaly and we couldnt wait for our ride

Our Whole 2 Night Stay No Key Was Provided & The 1’s That They Gave Us Never Worked For The Room, Our Oven Didnt Work.. The Tub Was Dirty, We Had No Pots/Pans To Cook With.. They Tried To Kick Us Out After The 1st Night Saying We Were Already There For 2 Days.. Most Of All He Said NO DISCOUNTS After Telling Them Everything That Was Wrong With This Place

I was in room 104. The room look nothing like the room they had posted online. I believe their friends live in the nice rooms. I have pictures that I can send you guys. That room was horrible holes in the wall. Everything was terrible

We are sorry your experience wasn't what you hoped for. We are under renovations right now to upgrade our rooms. We don't have any friends staying in good rooms. That is incorrect information. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I checked in at around 1 am after flying in for a 7 hour layover in Fort Lauderdale. The person manning the desk wasn't there and I had to wait like 10 minutes of ringing the office bell before he finally woke up and come out. There was no towels in my room so I had to shower and dry myself with a t-shirt. In terms of cleanliness, the room was gross, the top of the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned before.
