“The staff was very friendly. The pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was cold as well. No onsite manager to speak with. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I had black hairs on my bath towels. No sheets for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was nasty underneath the mattress. The entire place just felt dingy and like it hadn’t had a good scrub.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”
