Consistently no one at the front desk. When we checked in, took a while for someone to show up. And when she did, no nametag or anything identifiable. Pool was dirty. Had algae growing in it. Mentioned it to two different people at the front desk and was told maintenance would be right on it. The next day, it was exactly the same. Still had things growing. Also noticed a bunch of ants around the hot tub area. Breakfast items quickly ran out and were very slow to replace as well.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good, especially since it was included in the room fee. Only nit was that the indoor pool was freezing though, would have been nice if the heat was turned on for it, plus it was the pool was rather murky.

Check in was at 3:00, and the room wasn’t ready for me until 4:35. Plus there were 2 other parties that had the same situation, one before me and one after me. You might think about making some kind of sign about how the coffee machine works. You don’t know, until you pick up the coffee packet and read the back. I was looking everywhere for the tray to put the coffee in.
