Check in went haywire. First assigned room was occupied. Second assigned room was not made up yet. Third room the lady went and made sure was fine before we went over. The room smelled a bit musty but was large and had an updated sink area with lots of room. Beds were good. Breakfast was good.

The photos of this property must have been taken years ago because it doesn’t look that way now. Rooms were ok, over priced for the condition and cleanliness. Morning breakfast was extremely limited and processed foods.

The room key cards were a major issue. They kept malfunctioning throughout our stay, and it was a hassle to walk or drive back to the lobby area to reactivate them. The people who manned the front desk seemed inexperienced and not properly trained. For example, the new guy did not know where the public restroom was and would not let me use the staff restroom when I really had to go. There is no sense of urgency or customer oriented service. The food was mediocre. There was a time when the juice machine was not working, and they did not cook enough eggs for breakfast. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2 days of our stay and the front desk did not seem to know why. I think there was a lack of communication and coordination. The cleaning crew did a good job when they finally cleaned our room.
