“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The staff was very friendly. The pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was cold as well. No onsite manager to speak with. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I had black hairs on my bath towels. No sheets for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was nasty underneath the mattress. The entire place just felt dingy and like it hadn’t had a good scrub.”

“Ummm..... if you want a room in the hood, questionable stains in the room, loud cars racing by, then this is the place for you! Not recommended.”

“The motel was close to the event I was in. I was out of the motel by 7:15 am every morning. Website said breakfast is from 6am to 9am. It was not. Staff said 8am breakfast. I booked this room so that I could eat before my event. That never happened. It was a hot weekend, at least the air-conditioner worked. Hot water took 15 minutes to heat up!”

“Starting from the location to the cleanliness of the room. The stuff especially the manager. Oh my God, he's a nice person. Breakfast is okay and there is a swimming pool”

“We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care……

“This hotel is far enough away from the road you won't hear anything. Room was great, and breakfast was nice. FYI...This hotel doesn't have a elevator so it's stairs to the second floor. Fabulous Asian food right across the street too.”

“They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.”
