“Very good ”

“As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see……

“The night manager that checked me in was great. The breakfast was meager. The upkeep was pretty bad yet I was able to take a bath without the water escaping. First bathing after four days at Mount Rainier and Mount Baker. Worked well to get cleaned up and organized.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……
