"Surprising my mom for her birthday, this was one the best places I've stayed in thus far. Besides the gorgeous view, it was spacious and cozy. The kitchen flowed right onto the balcony where you can enjoy a quick BBQ. The sunlight that brightens the house with the ceiling to floor windows was welcoming every morning and every sunset. Spacious parking for visitors and with a washer/dryer made this a very comfortable stay. You also have the beach down the street for a great walk with a great view....

"This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time."

"The Little Red Cottage is a very cute tiny. It is well-equipped and nicely decorated with bright colors. We were there in the winter so we didn't get to see the trees and flowers in bloom, but the yard was well-cared-for and would certainly be beautiful Spring through Fall. I loved the selection of reading material that was available in the cottage. It was clear that the cottage is a project the hosts are committed to. There were many touches of their love of hospitality throughout the home."

"We stayed for a long boys weekend and we had a great time. The house is right on the beach and we ate fresh oysters and clams right off the beach (season dependent of course). The covered deck with fire pit was great to sit around at night and have a glass of wine. "The house is located in a semi-secluded area that is amazingly peaceful and has wonderful views. The boat house provided a perfect viewing area to watch some seals that were playing on and around a floating dock. It was a great experience for the three of us friends to get together."
