“Never again in the Holiday InnExpress in Tumwater. My wife and I thought we were in a movie comedy where everything goes wrong for a couple traveling. Here's a brief list: 1- No TV. Couldn't receive a signal. Staff tried but gave up. "Ghee, that's too bad." 2- No curtains on the window. Totally bizrrare. 3- The little pull lever on the bathtub faucet for shower use broke off. Need I go on?”

“The hotel is brand new so yes it was still clean although it had a strong “new construction smell” throughout. The hotel is very bare bones, there is no ice machine or even trays to make ice in the room with the fridge/freezer. They have shampoo and a bar of soap, no conditioner or lotion. They did not provide any hand towels. The room is basic, the mattress is very firm, pretty decent storage. Only a single night table on one side and the “desk chair” is a standard chair and not comfortable to……

“Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. They have pain killers available, phone chargers, and basic hygiene items. Breakfast available (muffins, yogurt, oat milk, cereals, granola bars) and coffee. Safe……

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “The staff was super friendly, but the place is dirty and not well kept up. The people in the room next to me,had two barking dogs that kept me up half the night. Apparently they’re OK with that. I felt dirty when I left there. No way in hell would I stay there again.”
