Great place to stay!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. The location is great; there is access to a more private area of the beach, and it's close to shopping and dining. The check-in was easy, and the apartment was easy to find. Very clean & well-stocked place! We'd definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Myers.

Excellent Hospitality
Fort Myers is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Ian, but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation there. Our condo was delightful, the beach was easily accessible (a few obstacles, but nothing terrible). We were in regular communication with the owners because our building was scheduled to begin being painted 3 days after we arrived. They were very helpful. Fortunately, the contractor did not get to our side of the building until the morning we checked out. Someone was watching over us. Don't hesitate to visit Fort Myers. There are plenty of restaurants open, not a whole lot of shopping, but Publix on Estero is open and thriving, and that was a big help. And the beach is, as always, is wonderful.

Beautiful Beach Condo
Beautiful condo in a great location. Great views. Condo had everything as advertised. Beautiful tile floors throughout, kitchen and bath are both super nice. Looking for a cozy couples getaway? This is a great choice. Has everything you need in a great location on the Gulf of Mexico.

The perfect get away
Great place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is right out the back door and the hosts were there for are every need. Sit on the balcony at night and eat dinner or take the trolly into the heart of the town for lots of delicious fresh seafood. FMB is coming back!!

Perfect Week

Grant was so good to walk us through anything we didn't understand
Although they are working furiously to rebuild, our stay was delightfully beautiful. All the workers were courteous and gentle around any guests. Everything is well maintained considering the devastation they endured. I'd highly recommend because it is getting better every day. we like bars and entertainment but it is all gone around the tennis club. You pretty much have to drive to get to some entertainment unless you are able to walk a few miles

This suite was clean and well appointed and the beach at Fort Myers was beautiful, however, the VRBO host failed to disclose pertinent details regarding ongoing construction within the building, around the property and neighborhood, exhibiting a lack of transparency. Just one example would be, when asked if there was a code to get into the building, she said no code was needed. She failed to inform that no code was needed because there was no door, no windows, and the main floor was under construction, and down to its bare beams. You must sign a liability waiver for all the construction going on. There are no restaurants or food trucks nearby and even if you wanted to travel to them a few miles away, it often takes over an hour to get there as traffic is heavily backed up with all the construction. We ended up doing a lot of our own cooking rather than using our time in traffic. To reiterate, the suite is lovely and the beach is wonderful and my heart goes out to all those who have had to rebuild after the hurricane. It is just important to be upfront and honest about your venue so people are able to make informed decisions for themselves. Had we had clear communication about the circumstances, we would have gone ahead with renting this unit, recognizing the importance of openness. Such transparency could have averted the sour taste left in our mouths and the feeling of being misled.

Hi Laryn, Thank you for your review, construction needs to happen to get everything completed, I apologize I didn’t go into detail about why you didn’t need a code to get into the lobby. You had many questions after you booked, I answered all of your questions and you still chose to come. During your stay, they were finishing up the lobby room floor . Most construction is done at Estero Beach and tennis club except for a little landscaping, we apologize for your inconvenience.

Room was very nice ! Soon as we walked in there’s a to do / don’t do list !!!! What ?? Could not even enjoy the pool because of the pool cop !!! Can’t even have a bottle of water on pool ledge - never been anywhere that was so strict ! First time at ft myers and will be going back to Siesta Key for sure

We stayed for a week in this property and it was fantastic! Great location and the view was nice being able to see the ocean and Estero Blvd. The private beach was not crowded and everyone was friendly all the way around. A lot of good restaurants and shops were in walking distance and if you don't have a car a trolee stop is right across the street for .75¢ a ride. I definitely will recommend anyone to stay at this condo, the owners are very responsive and friendly as well! I will definitely be booking again in the future when we return!

Kickback and relax..
My wife and I found this rental to be very clean and a perfect place to Kick Back and Relax. Everything was in walking distance so we did not need to rent a car from the airport. First day there you take the trolley to the Publix just a mile or so up the road then Uber back with whatever you need for the week. ( water snacks etc ) Five different restaurants just across the street to choose from also a CVS pharmacy. Tiki bar on the beach called Pinchers had excellent food and entertainment every day. We already booked to go back next year such a relaxing week we had.

First Fort Meyers stay

Amazing stay
Our stay was amazing. Everything was clean and exactly how the listing was described. It is newly renovated. The pool was very busy all week but beach access is a very short walk from the building. The blinds were great at keeping out the sunshine in the morning and also helped keep the place cool. This will be a property that we will return to.

Perfect getaway!
This unit is absolutely amazing and beautiful, everything is new and modern! The view from the unit on the 7th floor was spectacular with ocean, city and bay views. The easy and close access to the beach gave us miles of walking and relaxing. The bed, pillows, linens and couch were all quite comfortable. The location is perfect for a couple who want to avoid a typical hectic, busy spring break experience. The resort is a quiet and lovely getaway. We loved the short walk to the Santini Plaza and enjoyed quite a few of the restaurants and ice cream. We would highly recommend this unit! Absolutely loved it!

Our honeymoon visit to this property and to Fort Myers Beach (south end of Estero Island) couldn't have been more perfect or more magical!! For starters the condo was beautiful and had just been completely remodeled. It had a full kitchen so that you could make meals, if you choose to. The deck had a view of the ocean and also overlooked the resort. We often sat out on our deck/patio to eat or enjoy drinks. The Lazyboy couch, bed, pillows, linens, quilt were all super comfy and luxurious. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, well-lit, and there were plenty of cozy linens and storage space for clothes and luggage. The condo came complete with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and so much more. The condo couldn't have been nicer. It was absolutely perfect! And communication with Grant and Kelly was wonderful. Overall, this place caters to middle-aged and above vacationers, which is wonderful if you want to avoid the spring break crowd. As for the beach, I have never been to a more beautiful beach and I have visited many different places in Florida. We saw sand dollars, starfish, crabs, sting rays, a variety of birds, and dolphins everyday! It was nothing short of incredible. We walked on the beach daily for exercise and swam all day. There is nothing more you could want from a vacation. And those sunsets, you won't see anything like them anywhere else. The weather was sunny everyday and in the 80s. As for eating, the Santini Plaza across the street has wonderful food. We ate at Truly Scrumptious for breakfast a few days, enjoyed some time at the Fish Tail Marina restaurant, ordered pizza from Francesco's and had excellent take out from Skye's. Lots of cute shops to look through too. There was also a super fun farmer's market. Publix is 2 miles down the street for all of your grocery needs. And my husband and I went to a local gym called Hammerhead Gym that we really enjoyed. If you are a fan of the MLB, spring training games were going on with the Red Sox and Twins stadiums a close drive away. I cannot recommend this property enough! We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful condo, everything is brand new! Exactly how it was described! The grounds and pool were immaculate also. Easy, close access to the beach and viewable from the condo deck. Many great restaurants directly across the street, as well as a very easy walk to a fun Tiki Bar, there's almost no need for a car. Kelly the host is awesome to work with. . . she made it 100% seamless from start to finish. We are very picky about our accommodation and we loved this place! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Beach-comber’s Paradise
This unit was sparkling clean and very beautiful with modern updates that put my home to shame! I loved all the kitchen and bathroom bathroom lighting! The condo was small and cozy, but perfect for a couples week. I love the recliner loveseat for tv viewing; nice touch! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and just the right softness for both my husband and I. We had gorgeous views from the 7th floor balcony and took advantage of the cool breezes at night sitting on the patio. We never had a problem catching an elevator or getting a parking space. Love the location in that 2 of the best restaurants we visited were across the street within walking distance! Sadly, we only went to this particular beach once during our stay and never got to the pool, but that is because we wanted to visit the entire area and made a point of visiting a different beach every day of the week! So many gorgeous beaches within a 35 minute or less drive either way! So many wonderful places to visit and experience in close proximity to this rental. The only issue, if you can even call it that, was using the laundry room facilities on the ground floor. It took a while to figure out the cycles of the washer and dryer and was a bit time- consuming. Only to come back 90 minutes later to still- wet clothes in the dryer! But that may have been some operator error, too! We absolutely loved our week here and would gladly stay here again!! Thanks again to our wonderful and responsive hosts, Kelly and Grant!

Location is good if you want to be away from the main beach area but you mainly need to drive to most places BUT it's proximity is good for going north or south which we found perfect for us.

Amazing stay!
We loved our stay! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! It was very clean and fully equipped. The condo is fully stocked with most everything you need! It was easy to go down to the beach and spend the day. It’s also a very short and easy walk to the little strip that is across the street with stores and restaurants. It has the city and some of the beach view off of the balcony. Also, it’s not a bad drive to Sanibel at all. We went to Sanibel 4 days out of the 7 nights that’s we stayed! It was very clean and they had all cleaning supplies that you would need throughout the week. Check in and out is very easy. The owners are very nice. If there is a question/concern, they are fast and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place, great view
Place is good for 2ppl. Its a studio apt. The view was great. City lights at night & you could see the gulf from the patio. It has everything you need. Its right on the gulf for walks and swimming. Or you can sit by a pool. There's a strip mall across the street that has different restaurants from sports bar, to live music,to pizza or ice cream shop. Only needed a car from grocery or downtown shopping. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. The location is great - steps to the beautiful beach and short walk to restaurants. The unit was clean enough, although there were a couple dirty towels left on the balcony. It is a small space with little table space, very small TV’s, & really no comfortable seating. The kitchen had most everything you need and the dishwasher is very quiet. The bathroom, closet/drawer space is adequate. The view is not great unless sitting on the balcony. Laundry is convenient enough. Beach chairs, are really just bag chairs, not very comfortable, but nice that some are provided. The owners were very responsive & timely. Overall, a nice getaway, just want to help future guests to know what to expect.

Loved this property! It was close to so much: we loved going to the Sandbar for a bite to eat and to watch football games, we had beach access in front of building C, and were within walking distance to a bunch of cute shops (and a farmer's market on Tues/Thurs). Also, down Estero Blvd, we were able to go to a bunch of amazing restaurants: Nervous Nellie's, Pinchers, Flippers, and more! The room was exactly as shown, close quarters for two people so make sure you like each other. ;) And it was clean and inviting. I personally had to work while I was there, and the kitchen table was my hub for three days, but I loved to hear the ocean and see the pelicans and other birds from the windows. The beach was so clean and we were able to spend a few days outside enjoying the sand and sun, as well as the heated pool (!!) which was divine. The residents/guests of EB&TC were so friendly and talkative. This location is fantastic for so much. And the owners were so responsive to our requests and questions. We only noticed that we didn't have a kitchen spatula for eggs, so we bought a Christmas one to leave behind. Enjoy! Everything else you need is truly here! Thank you for such a cozy space (that bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable!) and your hospitality. We loved every minute and hope to return. Fort Myers Beach is my new love!

Hi Grace , Thank you very much for the wonderful review , We are very happy you liked the location and were able to enjoy the many close buy restaurants and also the beach right outside the complex , I just have to mention about the spatula , First of all , thank you for buying one . In November Grant and I were at the condo , and there were so many spatulas that we bought a spatula holder to put them in , it is a big black can labeled spatulas , I sure hope it’s still on the counter behind the sink . Kelly is great at communicating and staying on top of any updates with the condo. We absolutely loved our stay at their place. Beautiful, quiet beach steps away from the condo. Ft. Myers is only 10 - 15 minutes further up the island and there is so much to do in the area. While the building itself is a little dated, it really doesn't matter as their condo is gorgeous and you are hopefully spending the bulk of your time outside. Will definitely consider coming back to this exact spot in the future. LOVED IT.
