AV33 - Lovely Oceanfront 2-Bedroom Condo with Pool

This updated, Gulf-front paradise has guests never wanting to go home! From the casual nature and atmosphere here at Aqua Villa to the convenient location to shopping, dining and local attractions - this is the perfect place for your trip to the Emerald Coast.

This condo is on the 3rd floor of the Aqua Villa condominium, the entire condominium has four floors with just 24 units and it also has an elevator. Our beach is always less crowded than other buildings in the area. This is one of the few buildings that allow pets on the island.
Beach service with two chairs and umbrella included during March to October.
Note that pets are not allowed on beaches or pools. There are many dog parks in the area.

We've got the sand, the views and all items needed to enjoy your beach days, all that's missing is you!

Great Views & Location
Nice, quiet Winter Getaway! Close to good restaurants and hang outs too. Place was very nice with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Pool was wonderful on sunny days, and even got a tan in January! Our Mini Labradoodle loved sitting in front on the big window and watched all the crashing waves the entire month of our stay! We hope to return next winter!

We're from the MidWest, so we took a week to visit Fort Walton and really enjoyed our stay at your condo! So much space, we will more than likely return with another couple. The view was spectacular! Literally just steps to the beach. Condo itself has a lot to offer. Had a really fun stay!

The unit was a pleasant surprise did not have any expectation since it was a last minute booking. The unit itself was clean and spacious. I loved the ocean view and easy access to beach for morning strolls. I would not only recommend this unit but hopefully when I am in the area stay here again.

The condo was a great place to stay! Overall, clean and tidy. The condo says it’s sleeps 6, however plan to sleep 2 in each bed if that’s your number of guests. The condo listed laundry but it is a shared washer and dryer for the entire floor and the washer was out of order half of the time. Loved the location and umbrella and chair service. I would stay here again! We had a small issue with the keyless entry and had to use a key to lock the doors. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions.

A little piece of heaven
We had the best time staying at Aqua Villa. The beach was literally steps from our door. Having chair service was an added bonus. We felt that it was a very family friendly and safe building. Inside the condo was very comfortable and updated! It was the perfect size for a family of four. My only complaint is that the king mattress needs replacing. We are already looking forward to coming back to 303!

The location is great. Right on the beach. Waking to to sight and sounds of the ocean is so awesome. Also love being able to bring our cat. Mattress on kingsize bed needs to be replaced. Had to stuff pillow under just to have some kind of support. However, that had no bearing on how much we enjoyed our time at Aqua Villa and Ft Walton Beach.

My sister and I, plus our dogs, stayed here as a mid winter getaway. When they say one the beach they mean right on the beach, it was amazing. Overall the rest of the condo was great. My only complaint is that there was one area rug that was kinda gross, but we just rolled it up to the side of the room.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The beds were very comfy, everything we needed all ready there! The ONLY thing wrong was that although we paid to have our dog with us there was very little space in which we were allowed to walk her on property..We are responsible pet parents and always clean up after them.

Aqua Villa Review
Our visit was good overall. Condo was mostly clean except for a lot of dust hanging from ceiling fans. There were a couple minor plumbing issues that we made the owner aware of. Also, no cable so you have to stream from apps. The most inconvenient thing for us was that even though the condo is “dog friendly,” the complex and beach are not. The only area dogs are allowed other than your actual condo, is a small patch of grass across the parking lot by a busy road. My dogs were afraid of traffic whizzing by and had a hard time doing their business. The ONLY dog friendly area is a dog park on the bay about 15 min away, the Liza Jackson dog park. Nice park but a little sketchy with homeless people hanging out. Other than the dog issue, and the unfortunate timing with large amounts of sea grass in the water, we had a great stay. Cute well stocked condo and good location. Owners were easy to access and attentive.

Terrible condo
This was the worst condo I’ve ever rented! Not worth what they charge to rent at all!! It was dirty and needed many repairs. The bedding even smelled of urine. The only good thing about it was the short walk to the beach. The rental property was prompt with their messages. Very disappointed in the whole experience. We were offered our cleaning fee back but that was it! Should have been refunded more than that. Do NOT recommend! Oh and not sure how they managed to make the pictures look so great but it made it look nice and a lot bigger. It’s very small!
