This beautiful Gulf view studio is located on the third floor. As soon, you enter this paradise it will astound you. It is painted in a beautiful blue has tile and decor in white. The blue sofabed and beige cushions are very comfortable after a day at the beach. All-white furniture makes this studio very cozy. Beautiful pictures of boats complete the beach look. Also, have a TV, DVD player and a CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils you need to prepare and serve meals. Have a bar area with two stools. The bathroom has a tub, single sink, and cabinet. Linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

Would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The only inconvenience was that they were redoing the parking lot, and we didn’t know until we got there but they made sure to guide us on where to park, walk,etc. great place!

Downhill fast!
Starting out very impressed. Everthing looked very clean. From the grounds to the condo. We stayed 5 nights. First night was good. Next morning, I killed a baby roach in the kitchen. That evening we were getting ready for dinner and discovered there was no hair dryer like stated in the ad. Not really a big deal so far... That night my husband saw more roaches in the kitchen and we were without hot water for the next 3 days of our trip. Management "apologized for the inconvenience ". The beach was beautiful but I will definitely not stay at Islanders/Vacasa again! Worst beach vacation I have ever had!

This property is under construction which we were not informed of until after we had booked. The interior was fine, just as listed. But the fact that the balcony was not only unavailable for use, but they were using it for lunch breaks. Killing middle of the day privacy. Really frustrated with this. We were in town working a charity event and needed the middle of the day to catch some sleep, hard to do with everything going on

48 hrs we found out rim balcony was closed, huge construction pieces would hit the glass door, men were on our balcony thru the whole days of our stay. Windows closed all times no view and no privacy in our own room

Great location and view but thats it
The condo had an amazing view of the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the room were great. The air conditioner/ thermostat was not working correctly, it wouldnt turn off at the set temp so it blasted cold air all night. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling and moldy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. For the price, we expected a little better but it's not the worst place we have stayed in. Biggest complaint is the giant roach I killed in our room on our first night there. Overall it is a decent place to stay while enjoying the beach, although it could use lots of updating.

Great View
Wonderful view and stay. Wish we could have stayed longer, but the condo met our expectations. Perfect for my 15yr old daughter and myself. Kitchen and bar area were great for cooking and snacks. The table in the living room was perfect for breakfasts with an awesome view. The only downside was no blender for fun adult beverages. The pool was nice and had good shade from the sun at the end of the day when we needed a break from the sun and beach. Will return in the future!

Great place. BEAUTIFUL beach.
It was a great location, clean condo. Loved the beach chair service however they pick them all up at 6 PM. Not convenient for those who want to watch the sunset. Also, my husband got stuck in the elevator. Fire department had to come help him and pull him out through top because they never did get it open. It was a pretty scary experience and no one from the resort ever contacted us. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain but that was minor.

Good value for the price
First the bad. This unit is small. If you have children like me then when you put them to bed you have to go to bed as well - there's no place for you to go to talk with your spouse. It's all one space where sound travels and there's no privacy. Being a small unit there are only two stools at the kitchen bar, so if you have more than two people (like us) you have to eat in shifts. Also the public laundry machine costs $1.25 (another $1 for the drier), and it only runs for 15 minutes. I never felt like my clothes were really clean. That out of the way we liked the place. Everything was in good condition, the WIFI worked well, there is a nice workout room downstairs, parking is adequate, and the room is a short walk to the beach. The sofa bed is adequate for children, though I wouldn't recommend it for adults. The main bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean. All in all I would recommend the place, and would rent it again.

Beautiful Beach
The condo was decorated very nicely. The bed and pullout couch was comfortable. It was furnished with stove, oven, automatic ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee machine (bring your own coffee filters - Coffee mate 12 cup), can opener, measuring cups, cork screw, iron & ironing board, and all the pots & pans, dishes silverware, and glassware you would need to make light meals. The beach is clean with pretty blue & green water. There are two beach chairs with a blue umbrellas included with Resort Quest Islander reservation. They have 2 free movie rental a day you can checkout. There is a coin operated washer dryer right outside the door. ($1.25 wash, $1.00 dry) There is enough parking, has an elevator and rolling carts that make taking your stuff to the room much easier. There is a board walk to the beach and fresh water shower when you come off the beach. The water temperature of the pool was pleasant. The hotel is centrally located to many activities and restaurants. It is farther down the strip which makes it nice because the beach is not as busy In front of the Islander. Staff was helpful and friendly. Reserving, checking in and out was very easy and all can be done online. I have booked mark this room so if we come back we want to try to stay in it again. Do bring your own beach towels. You only get two trash bags, 1 paper towel roll, and two rolls of toilet paper. You provide the rest.
