There is also a courtyard. Kitchen equipment includes: a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, etc. Sleeping arrangements: one 160 x 200 cm bed, one 140 x 200 cm bed, and one 120 cm bed. The courtyard is enclosed. Leisure facilities include: a TV, garden furniture, and a built-in barbecue. The property measures 64 m². Nearby: Located 500 m from the town center and shops, and 100 m from the North Beach. The bus station is 300 m away, the train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. PAYABLE upon arrival: €400 security deposit for the rental, €100 cleaning fee, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100\. Pets €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
