“Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . ”

“POSITIVE: Wi-Fi is good, very good. There are fast food restaurants nearby...Hot water is available. Rooms are clean. The TV and Remote worked just fine. The room smells so good. Bed is comfortable, and there is kettle for tea/coffee. I enjoyed my stay, and I can book this place again. NEGATIVE: There is no freedom of movement. Every time you go out at day time you have to knock on the door and ask for them to open a gate for you. Sorry, I didn't like this one. However, the place is safe,……

“Could not get into the accommodation. Bell at the gate not functional. Posted contact number on the confirmation slip not accessible. Tried hundred times on different occasions on the 4th May and on the 5th May and gave up. Had to look for alternative accommodation on the 4th. Processing to recover my money through relevant authorities.”
