The room was in need of a better cleaning, better decor, had some chips and dents, the TV didn't have anything to access to watch anything, staff isn't around after 4pm, and I think that they can do better! I couldn't get the jet on the Jacuzzi tub to turn on and I texted the number that was given and got no response. They didn't acknowledge my text at all during my stay. Construction going on in the street was loud, but not the hotels fault. Out room was quiet overlooking the golf course. The front desk staff, Lola, was super helpful and even asked if we needed help with our luggage. No elevator. The hotel itself is very very dated. Rooms are a little gross. Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Dirty, creaky floors, torn and warped window screens so you can’t open windows, moldy or rusty garbage cans in rooms. Didn’t realize until it was too late that they use “natures AC”. Overall it was fine. I would consider staying here again in a different style room.
