In Sables d'Or les Pins, very pretty seaside resort nestled in the greenery and the pines, in the heart of the Pays de Fréhel, pleasant bright studio of 32 m², completely renovated in 2016, ideally located, 300m from a well sheltered beach ideal for young children and 500 m from the large sandy beach, one of the most beautiful in Brittany. 400m from the casino, 800m from the 18-hole golf course and 7 km from Erquy.

Your studio located on the ground floor of a rental residence includes on one level: living room with nice fitted kitchen area (NESPRESSO coffee maker) living room with sofa bed (sleeping 1 pers.) And sleeping area that can be privatized by a sliding door (1 bed 140x190) communicating with the bathroom (shower-wc and washing machine). Small private terrace with garden furniture. Parking on private parking. Sheets and towels provided, wifi access, charges included. Tourist tax to be paid on site. Gift basket provided upon arrival.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Zu Fuß zum Strand, zum Bäcker und Parken direkt am Haus. Trotz Nähe der Straße kein Lärm und Frühstück vor dem Gebäude täglich möglich. Dennoch wär es für die Gastgeber sicher von Vorteil diese Unterkunft Tier frei zu vermieten da Geruch vorhanden. Der betreffende Teppich wurde aber sofort vom Service vor Ort entfernt, somit war alles zur unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Gerne wieder!

Merci pour cet agréable séjour. La location est proche de tout ( boulangerie, presse,restaurant, deux belles plages..) On pose la voiture et on profite de tout à pied! Très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Bien situé pour rayonner ds les environs, logement propre, équipements très corrects . Belle plage à proximité. Petit Bémol résidence donnant sur la rue principale assez passante , pas de véritable terrasse . Très bon séjour

Studio très bien équipé, accueil chaleureux. Proche des plages et du centre, ainsi que des différents sites touristiques. Animaux acceptés: c'est un réel plus pour cette location.

Le logement est bien situé géographiquement, alentours très agréables pour les visites de sites, plages et villes de bord de mer. L'espace devant le studio n'est pas adapté aux petits déjeuners ou aux repas car il donne sur la rue très passante, surtout le matin et le soir !

agreable sejour
Excellent sejour, malgré quelques inconvénients dûs aux canalisations bouchées de la résidence, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de prendre de douches pendant qq jours. Le gérant a contacté une entreprise pour que le nécessaire soit fait. , ce qui nous a permis ensuite de poursuivre notre séjour sans d'autres difficultés. Heureusement pour nous, le gérant a été réactif à notre demande.
