We had to stand at the front desk for more than 20 mins with other desks to get any staff to come check us in. First lady was the bookkeeper and said she only did payroll. She said there should be a phone number on the front desk to call the front desk staff. No phone number. She finally got ahold of whoever was supposed to be at the front desk. I believe her name was Vicki Ann or something similar. You can't miss her - she wears enough makeup for a circus clown - including green lipstick. She began telling the bookkeeper that she was not leaving her cell phone number at the front desk for weirdos to get ahold of. She said, "Get me a company phone, and I'll be glad to leave the number." She was completely unprofessional and out of line. We finally got checked in, room smelled like cigarette smoke, bathroom door would not shut completely, beds were like sleeping in a padded ditch. Next morning, we go down to get breakfast, a man is unloading paper bags out of a box onto a counter. He asks if we are checking out and did we need a receipt. I said yes to both. He turned his back and continued to unload bags. I said, "Is this breakfast?" He went off about how the restaurant next door had closed up and they had no way to get hot food. I'm from a small town, I get it. But professionalism would go a long, long way. From now on, we will pay the extra $20 and try our luck at the Holiday Inn. Almost $200 for this dump was a horrible joke!!
