This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever stayed in. We were appalled and had to have our room changed . We found used femine hygiene products on the floor in the bathroom. We never received clean towels or had the garbage changed.

Both my wife and I are in our mid seventies. Our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. As soon as you enter the building you are hit with a musty smell and a damp, clammy sense. Same thing in the unit itself. One dining room chair was broken. The vent over one of the beds hung down a few inches precariously held up by tape. The door to the balcony patio had a one inch gap to the threshold. Hot water for showers was lukewarm at best. Some ants and flies.

We only stayed a night as we were passing through but wanted some beach time..but towards this hotel, my husband stated when we walked in, “ I’ve seen and been in better crackhouses.” It started earlier in the day when I called the front desk to ask a couple questions and the gentleman who answered the phone at the front desk was extremely rude. We then get to our hotel… it states parking is included. While that may be true, you have to park two blocks away. Which if you’re coming with kids and a lot more luggage it’s not ideal. When we got into the room, we noticed it is extremely sandy… you definitely could not take your shoes off without your feet becoming extremely dirty. The TV would not work, there was hair all over all of the blankets, the wallpaper was peeling, dead bugs were behind the bed and table stands, none of the outlets worked, on top of that we did not hear anything from the boardwalk however, we could hear our neighbors in another room clear as a day as if they were in the same room as us. As we are packing up the next day, and I was gathering all of our belongings I noticed that there was a hole in the wall going to the room next to us. I would not recommend staying here. If I could, I would give it zero stars, however, the only reason I didn’t is because they did let us park in the garage parking lot until 2 o’clock to enjoy some beach time and the older lady who checked us in, was absolutely lovely.
