As you arrive, you'll immediately be captivated by the picturesque view of the meadow and seasonal pond (not for swimming) which creates a soothing ambiance throughout the property. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink, the tranquil surroundings will envelop you in a sense of calm.

The outdoor space is designed to enhance your stay, featuring a fire pit where you can gather around with loved ones, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows under the starry night sky. The spacious deck boasts a Blackstone style grill, perfect for hosting delightful barbecues and enjoying meals al fresco.

Inside, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with queen beds to provide comfort and a restful night's sleep. With two well-appointed bathrooms, convenience and privacy are ensured for all guests. The nice kitchen with a gas cooktop is a culinary haven, where you can unleash your inner chef and prepare delicious meals using fresh local ingredients.

Our location is ideal for exploring the best of San Juan Island. Just a short drive away, you'll find the charming town of Friday Harbor, where you can discover local shops, art galleries, and delightful eateries.

For nature enthusiasts, South Beach and Lime Kiln State Park are within easy reach. Stroll along pristine sandy shores, breathe in the salty ocean air, and watch for orcas and other marine wildlife frolicking in the waters.

This home is equipped with mini-split cool/heat pumps in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The other bedroom has a wall heater

Fire pits are not usable from May 1st-September 30th due to county burn ban and safety of property and neighboring areas. Ban is usually lifted October 1st if/when conditions and weather are favorable. Firewood not provided.

The internet / Wi-fi at this suite should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.

Most perfect little getaway!!!

This property is amazing. Basically brand new with high end touches everywhere. Perfect place to call home base and explore the island. Loved the views, the flat top grill and the kitchen. Very well appointed, with everything you need!!

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay at this property. The surrounding land is lovely, with plenty of deer sightings. This is the first place I’ve stayed where “fully equipped kitchen” was accurate. It has everything you need. You’re about a 10-15 minute drive from the ferry dock in Friday Harbor. WiFi worked consistently. We come once a year to visit family and would definitely stay here again.

Private inviting relaxing location. House is awesome with great windows and even more awesome views. Decor and furnishings are first class. Cookware and serving ware first class. Fabulous place for two couples to camp when visiting the island. Don’t pass this one up.

Clean, quiet, back to nature

This was a wonderful rental. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Good directions to get there. The only concern was the water quality. The water smelled like sulfur and was so hard we had trouble lathering the soap/shampoo so take extra and bring a good amount of drinking water to drink and use in the coffee pot. Otherwise it was a great place to stay on vacation. We would give it 4.5 stars.

Attention to Detail!

We were thrilled with the quality craftsmanship of this new home, can’t believe it’s not someone’s personal full-time residence. So impressed with the finish work in this home and high end details. We were preparing food for wedding, the kitchen space and amenities were beyond our expectations. Even saw a fox, deer and eagles multiple times. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Great house killer location but….

The home and property so super nice and clean very nice home will definitely stay but the water was super smelly like rotting eggs so taking a shower we had to leave the house cause of the smell was nauseous. That was the only bummer about the home we did not want to drink it as well so bring your own water if staying

Only problem was the water. It smelled like sulfur so bad. I know nothing about wells & how they work but it was pretty bad. My suggestion is bring water with you for drinking & washing the very least your hands. Other than the water we absolutely enjoyed the house and property.

Living Room could be more comfortable, property manager could communicate better

The house was lovely, though the living room furnishings a bit less than comfortable. It is very quiet, and not at all close to Friday Harbor, which we expected. There was no toaster, and when asked about it the property manager told us to broil bread in the oven. Now, I know my way around a kitchen, but THAT is a fire hazard. So we bought the house a toaster. The house is new on the short term rental market so we should give it some time. The property manager could improve communications.

Need to include night light in hallway, Kleenex, toiletries in 2nd bathroom, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar for 1st day, need chair in master bedroom, guest book so people can make comments about their activities, local restaurants & other special experiences. Loved the colorful dishes & lots of hangers in closet. Did not appreciate the "threat" text reminding us there would be an extra charge if we were not out by 10:00; We are responsible adults & were out by 9:15.

Beautiful secluded home for relaxing on SJI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is truly lovely, and exactly as described in the listing. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of a local wine which was incredibly good! We were quite comfortable during our stay and had no issues finding the house with the excellent and detailed instructions provided via email. Our only suggestion is the property management company should leave far more "rental leftovers" in the pantry. For example, there was no sugar, at all - not even a packet for a cup of coffee. And take note: There is a coffee pot, which we prefer to a Keurig, but there were only a few coffee filters and not a grain of coffee, so pick up what you need before heading out to the house. Beyond that suggestion, this property is located on a parcel of land big enough that we never heard another soul the whole time we were there, which is what we wanted, and the furnishings and beds were so comfortable! The sulfur smell in the water is still quite strong as of mid-June 2024, but only when you use hot water. If you use cold only you don't smell it at all. Thanks for a great stay on San Juan Island!
