The restroom was not cleaned very well. Hair in a couple of places. The sheets and pillow covers need replacing. The may have been clean but are old and stained. The man at the front desk was very hard to understand his accent. Won't be back.

The staff was excellent. We interacted with a receptionist, house keeping, breakfast employee, and another receptionist upon checkout. First receptionist was kind, courteous and got us checked in and in our room within 5 minutes! Housekeeping keeping, breakfast, and check out receptionist were also very kind and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean! We enjoyed our stay

They do not honor your reservation even when you book and pay in full months ahead of time! They switched our 2 queen room 2 night stay to a king with no additional furniture. Said there were no other rooms available then didn’t honor our stay either checked us out while we were moving son into his college dorm and checked our room out to someone else so when we returned to hotel someone else was in our room. Front desk just said yep you checked out! Absolutely terrible service!

The hotel is outdated, but clean. Breakfast was only take and go. Plenty of good coffee though. It's located in a great area - plenty of shopping and restaurants. The major drawback was the parking lot. It appeared to be a drug dealing location. I didn't feel safe taking my dog out for a bathroom break. I did see the manager come out and talk to the individuals there. The doors had to be pulled shut - they did not completely close on their own.
