Everything was good but housekeeping don’t clean room and don’t give a clean towels and take use towels

Do not hesitate to book! The place was clean and child friendly. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, one for the kids and one for my wife and myself. The rooms were great and separated by a big living room / kitchen. There’s a full fridge, washer and dryer in the suite and tvs in all rooms. There are also 2 full baths. It really had everything we needed and the staff was on top of everything. They’ll give you your space or help with whatever you request. We will definitely be going back any time we go to Hershey Park!

Very nice romantic place to stay with my lovely wife for a night!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. This was my second time here at the same hotel. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed using the indoor pool with our kids, and they had a great time! The pool was clean, well-maintained, and very nice. The gym was clean and good too although I didn’t use it. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient free parking, which was a great bonus. Our room had a microwave and a small fridge. The location was perfect for our visit to Hersheypark, which was only about a 9-minute drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for meals. Another nice touch was the complimentary tea/coffee available 24 hours a day, as well as iced water in the lobby. These little extras made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!
