We booked the 2 family rooms connecting, the space was big and rooms were clean. The bathroom was clean and the hotel staff are very accommodating. We used the airport transfer option, which worked out well (the a/c in car wasn't great but sufficient). Breakfast included a lot of nice options including coffee, lots fresh fruit and some hot tiems like scrambled eggs.

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

This charming hotel was a perfect place from which to explore Sultanahmet. I loved the older charm and authentic decor. The rooftop has amazing views of both the Bosphorus Strait and the Hagia Sophia.
