The water in the shower was instantly hot, no waiting and no running out!! The kitchenette was fully stocked with cooking utensils and 4 complimentary bottles of water and coffee. Both bedrooms were comfortable! My family slept great for our time there! If we ever come back, we know where we are staying.”

Incredibly peaceful and so much fun for our kids (5 of them, ages 2-12) there were so many thoughtful things that made us feel comfortable and welcome! From Mrs June helping me navigate VRBO’s interface, to family games, and the ingredients for s’mores. We even took the tandem kayak out for a sunset cruise! It was just what our family needed to connect and relax for the weekend.”

“The house is exactly as described. Lance is quick to respond, at any time. Very easy to communicate with. This is a clean house and has everything that you may need while being "away from home". Great hospitality. The shops downtown were cute. Hike and bike trails are all around. Tons of parks and a nice botanical garden not far from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The house was not too bad. Pretty dated and in need of updates especially in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the yard was nice for dogs, but it was a bit of a challenge to get up the very hilly driveway. It was in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs specially in the bathrooms and could use some more seating outside and hangers in the closets as well as extra blankets. It would have been nice to see pictures of the house from the outside online to be prepared...
