I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I informed the front desk that I could no longer stay for the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. Instead of trying to help, I was told I could check out, but they could not guarantee a refund. They still charged me for both nights, even though I only stayed one night. It felt like I was being forced to pay for a room I didn't even use.
I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the customer service was poor and there was no effort to work with me. The manager was unavailable, so there was no one who could address my concerns or make a decision.
I've stayed at many hotels where payment is finalized at checkout, but this hotel charged my card at check-in. The entire situation was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to others because of how this situation was handled.
