“Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be...

“The apartment was really nice, the hot tub was great, it was just a little hard to find the entrance to it. Overall a great stay!”

“Great stay! Place is beautiful, peaceful, and cozy. Spent the valentines weekend here and everything was amazing! Definitely will be back for the summer. ”

“Great location within walking distance to almosteverything downtown. Many times we are asked byVRBO hosts to remove bed sheets. With this beinga one bedroom unit, the bed gets heavy use. Wewould suggest this host change the mattress padson a more regular basis. Kitchen very clean andwell stocked.”

“Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have...

“The studio was perfect. It was clean, well organized with what we needed for our stay. It was well located to downtown driving was minimal for what we had planned to do. We could walk to most things. Perfect get away location.”

“The room was very quiet. The pool was refreshing after some pickleball. Our first stay in Helen. We had a great time!”

“Highly recommend! Great host very accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely be ba k. Very clean and great location!”

“Only good things were it was dog friendly and the heater and hot water worked. This is why it got 2 stars rather than 1. Toilet was turned OFF. Had to turn it on at the wall and the float was broken so it continuously ran. Handrail up to the bunk bed was screwed on by one single screw. And it was a loose screw. There is a gap under the door that has been there for at least 5 months when someone else on Vrbo mentioned it. Board over doorway rocks and is super loose. Don’t ask about banister. I’d...

“The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.”

“The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. That was important to me when I chose a place to stay because I was bringing my five-year-old grandson to come stay there with us. He was the...

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“Excellent location, very roomy property with a great hot tub. Owner is very communicative.”

“We did not want to leave! Great place to stay. Location was excellent, bed was so comfortable, unit was very spacious, and everything within walking distance! Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“This is a super nice studio, EASY walk into town. So convenient, and very well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Leonard, the host, was great to work with. Great communication before and during the stay. Condo was perfect with lots of added amenities. So clean and comfortable. Wonderful location to walk to town.”
