This is an interesting property and I have visited twice over several years. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere is serene and quiet. My room overlooked a lake, meaning the door to my room was glass and I stepped out onto a sidewalk on the edge of a lake. It is a "resort" that has family home sites for sale. Most of the lots have not been sold. So it has the feel of a vacant development without much progress. The restaurant is in an open space in the lobby area - Not what you would expect looking at the menu. Overall, the grounds and buildings were not as kept up this trip as compared to my last several years ago. Some of the trails are currently under renovation. But I enjoyed 5-6 miles runs both days. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. It is nice for a quiet getaway or needed downtime.

Beautiful Stay with an Easy Check-In The check-in process was super easy and convenient. I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute, and I came across this property and booked it right away. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Everything was just as expected, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m in Atlanta.
