Walls and ceiling are paper thin, and can hear everything. It kept me up hearing all the noise of people talking late into the evening, and hearing the thumping from people walking normally across their room above us.
Otherwise, it was a nice, clean, modern room and service was good.
Where to start..I reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Got to the room and no sofa bed. They did not have another one on the property. Was told there was nothing they could do. Someone in our party had to sleep on the floor. The room was clean but everywhere else was being renovated. Reno started 2 days prior to our stay, so the lobby was closed, all the walls were missing baseboards, there were buckets everywhere, tools everywhere and dust as well. Everything about this stay was absolutely unacceptable.
Very close to shopping, plenty of restaurants in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful, would definitely return stay. Only draw back to the room is there was no microwave, other then that it was great.

Wonderful customer service especially from the front desk manager, who checked in my sister Helen, on Friday afternoon and helped her get settled. Thank you for taking excellent care of her!

Service experience was excellent. Hotel had recently been remodeled and some of the finishes were not excellent but it was clean and about what you would expect from a Courtyard Marriot. Did not like that the food and coffee options in the morning only consisted of a Starbucks. $10 for coffee and a bagel was not a good way to start the day. Personally would have preferred to pay more for the room and have some food options like most other hotels in this price range. The wait at the Starbucks was too long given the staff size.

The hotel is good and comfortable but they charge for breakfast(high prices) and don't even have free coffee in the lobby
