7.4/10 Good! (2,919 reviews)
I would not recommend this hotel!! When we first got there and walked into the lobby. The carpets that were in the lobby looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. We were on the first floor all the way at the end of the hallway and when we first walked in our room, it was very warm. Thermostat was set all the way down to 60 and it took a very long time for it to cool down. The cleanliness of the room was horrible again the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time the curtains that were at the back of the room next to the back door to go out towards the swimming pool we’re absolutely filthy and stained. The bathroom was horrible. There was a very noticeable soap scum stain around the bathtub. The bathtub was also very chipped. The enamel was coming off of it along with the sink that’s in the bathroom. The enamel was coming off of it as well and the toilet rocked when you sat down and on the bathroom door, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned because it was very dirty. There were stuff smeared all over it. It was in a convenient location. There was a lot of shops around a lot of places to eat and it was right next to the airport.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (892 reviews)
The location was excellent - in a lovely tree filled neighborhood within easy walking of the main commercial streets. The room was comfortable, clean, no frills, but did have a little fridge. no complaints. But there is a general air of disinterest in the details that make for a truly pleasant experience. The Keurig coffee maker in the lobby of the guest building was a plus, but no milk, only artificial creamers. There were unwatered dead plants in the public areas and the inn went cheap on guest toiletries and the continental breakfast. The mini pastries were stale and tasteless.
There is a restaurant in the inn with lovely outside seating, but dining experience was disappointing the food was only fair. A tomato salad special - about $16 - had only 2 small pieces of chopped tomato. Service was friendly and reasonably professional. This would be a great place to sit outside for drinks.

9/10 Wonderful! (6 reviews)
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants.
