Spotless room, staff was friendly.

Property and time spent there was amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable for sure. Enjoyed the feeling of being at home while away, and the hospitality of all the staff we encountered was professional and helpful. Definitely a stay here planned for next years tournament. However, the food establishment right outside the lodge advertising dinner and breakfast buffet ( can’t remember the name just the big advertisement banner) is by far the worst establishment and environment. Really sad that your amazing facilities have to be associated with this place as the staffing is exuberantly unprofessional, and extremely rude. Everything we attempted to order was a life ruining event for the hosted/waitress to the point my family and I paid $15 for untouched drinks and walked out of the establishment. Thank you for the amazing weekend at your facility

The wood on our balcony was in very bad condition--I was afraid for splinters. Inside was fine.

I had an awesome stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful and festive. The hotel delivered a truly luxurious experience at a very reasonable price. I really loved it and would absolutely love to stay here again!
