All the staff here at this hotel are so welcoming and helpful! Everyone was so great from the Valet to the customer service and front desk! We had a great dinner at the in house restaurant, served by Garrett who was so responsive and friendly to all our needs! James the staff manager was also so friendly and shared information regarding the history of the hotel! We noted that all staff were so helpful and friendly! We will return to Tremont because of the beautiful comfortable hotel but also because of how the staff made us feel so welcomed!

Great property, amazing rooms. The ceilings are so tall, it was not expected. The restaurant downstairs was very nice as well with many good things to offer.

An Atrium view looks right into your neighbors room. The Roof Top bar is closed and has apparently been closed for 1 1/2yrs. In room coffee bar and toiletries are not refilled. The staff is pleasant, the hotel is centrally located, felt safe and the property is clean.

I tried reaching out a week before the intended stay through the Expedia app and I made a few attempts to send a message for my updated request. No reply from either the hotel or Expedia was given, not even an acknowledgement.

Beautiful hotel in a great, historical area of Galveston with lots if good restaurants. Close to the cruise terminals. Down side is the roof top bar that has been undergoing renovations for the last two years with no end in sight. The hotel doesnt mention this fact anywhere.

The hotel is small, no parking and definitely not worth 400 a night, nothing special at all.

The only "issues" I had were: 1) lack of effective policy to notify guests of property left in an Uber car, and 2) the breakfast staff were not attentive (occurred both mornings of my stay); ample staffing in dining area but stood behind counter rather than waiting on guests. Otherwise, I really enjoyed The Tremont House and would definitely stay again.

Large rooms, quiet hallways, water/ice stations on every floor. Great location, walked off cruise ship, across the street, 1.5 blocks & it was right there! Wished we would have stayed there before the cruise also

The Tremont went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The rooms were clean and elegant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best if not the best hotel in Galveston. Definitely recommend!
