Nice apartment in busy property
The apartment was well renovated and comfortable. It was a convenient location for sightseeing in the region, as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti are all easily accessible. However, my husband and I were disappointed to find that there were many apartments on the farm, not just three, with another part of the property divided by a low wall. This meant that it was busy and noisy at times. The swimming pool was small and perfect for a quiet solo swim,but I should imagine it would be a challenge to share with other guests . It also adjoins the house where the owners live and is in their part of the garden. Isabella does not speak English at all, and we were disconcerted on arrival when she pointed at things when showing us round, rather than speak Italian. I feel it would be a good place to stay overnight, but it was not really suitable for a fortnight. Some of the information given on the website is misleading.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay wasn't as pleasant as you told us before leaving because we could talk about it and clear your doubts. I wish to clarify that the description of our property is clear and responds to reality, in fact it states that our three apartments share a big garden and a swimming pool (6x12 mt) which is more than enough for 6-10 people who are rarely there at the same time. Furthermore, the property next to us has its own swimming pool.

Ohne Auto ist man hier falsch. Die FeWo ist schön, gut ausgestattet, aber im Sommer zu heiß. Zwar gibt es Ventilatoren, die Temperatur lässt sich damit aber nicht runterkühlen, so dass wir auch nachts über 30 C hatten

Negative Behaviour
Let me know if you want to cancel and will refund you. This was the immediate response when the rent out didn’t deliver the house in time after 14.00 hours in the afternoon. Furthermore this was the rent out response when there was a Client question of normal entrance of the house what was agreed upon. The rent out could have solved this flexible with a key box or alternative persons as in the organisational problems you had, later suddenly the rent out had emergency problems. The rent out didn't solve the question with a proper and flexible solution. Instead the rent out asked immediate for cancelation and refund. This is very aggressive and negative. Had a lot of positive VRBO and other reservations in Italy. The rent out give the client big problems when it is not possible to enter the house. This is very aggressive and negative we didn’t have with other Italian or other rent out houses. The rent out is the only negative Italian exception. We had already 12 complete positive rental houses with VRBO.

Fantastisch
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Wir sind herzlich willkommen worden, genauso wie unser Hund. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Nach Siena kommt man in einer Stunde, Pisa genauso und an das Meer. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage!
Die Wohnung, Lage und Umgebung war super. Wir haben Tagestrips nach Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano und kleinere Städte wie Certaldo oder Colle di val d’Elsa besucht. (Im letzteren ist ein wunderschöner Wasserfall, welcher definitiv besichtigt werden sollte!). Der Pool war auch schön und die Größe ausreichend. Das Haus liegt zwischen Weinreben und man kann gut einen kleinen Abendspaziergang mit oder ohne Hund laufen. Lediglich das Bad war anders als erwartet. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist leider überhaupt nicht abgelaufen und es war kein Pömpel vor Ort. Die Spülung der Toilette konnte man nur durch Heben des Spülkastens betätigen. Alles kein Beinbruch, wir würden das Haus trotzdem definitiv weiterempfehlen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Wir wurden von Isabellas Nachbarin Ilaria empfangen und begrüßt. Auch Andrea, Isabellas Mann, war mit dabei. Statt des gebuchten kleinen Apartments (dort gab es wohl Probleme) haben wir ein großes im 1.Stock bekommen. Im Appartement hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir kennen das auch anders in Italien. Alles war schön und sauber und es hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Zudem ist es ruhig gelegen und man kann mit den Hunden direkt vom Haus aus, ohne Leine, loslaufen. Toll!! Ilaria war ein wirklicher Schatz und jederzeit da um zu helfen, danke dafür!! Leider scheint aber beim Anbieter Fewo das SMS System auf dem man dem Gastgeber Nachrichten zukommen lassen kann, oder eben andersrum, nicht zu funktionieren. Wir hatten das ebenerdige Appartement eben extra gemietet, da wir einen alten Hund haben, der keine Treppen steigen kann, ebenso ich mit Knieproblemen. Dies hatten wir im vorhandenen Nachrichtensystem auch übermittelt. Aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ebenso der Gastgeber, der uns wg des Tausches der Appartements angeschrieben hatte u sich über unsere "Nicht Antwort" wunderte. Schade, denn da sollte der Vermittler, sprich Fewo direkt, drauf achten! Trotzdem war es ein schöner, wenn auch aufgrund der Umstände ein "erschwerter" Urlaub

Schöne Lage in Herzen der Toskana
Ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto erreicht man dennoch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb einer Stunde. Mehrere Weingüter in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Appartamento bello e pulito e dotato di tutto. La struttura è molto bella e si può godere del giardino e della piscina dove abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del tempo. Non c’erano i proprietari ma la vicina Ilaria si è fatta carico di tutto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. La zona forse non è tra le più turistiche.. Gambassi Terme e Castelfiorentino sembravano paesi fantasma… in altre zone della Toscana nello stesso periodo abbiamo visitato borghi stupendi e pieni di vita. Considerato i 40 gradi però non ci è dispiaciuto restare “ a casa” la maggior parte del tempo.

Rustikale Unterkunft mit Pool
Unser Urlaub auf der Finca war sehr schön, Einrichtung und Garten wie auf Fotos, Pool und Ausblick das Beste und die freundlichen Menschen auf dem Anwesen (Nachbarin Ilaria und Inhaber Andrea). Alles ist sehr entspannt, der Essbereich/Garten für Gäste könnte etwas gepflegter sein, sehr trocken und nicht so schön. Aber man kann sich an viele andere Stellen setzen und Sonne oder Schatten genießen. Einzige Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit (andere Gäste, Putzteam) wenn man ausschlafen möchte oder früh schlafen will ist es u.U. schwierig. Für Leute mit Kindern und Haustieren zu empfehlen, es ist für den Preis wirklich gut.

großartig , einfach traumhaft
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Ilaria war immer für und da und kann auch deutsch sprechen. Es gab einen Schlemmerabend und eine kleine Weinverkostung. Alles vom eigenen Hof ; Wein, Olivenöl , Marmelade und mehr. So schön . Einfach traumhaft.

Kleines romantisches Bauernhaus inmitten von Wein- und Olivenhainen
Die Wohnungen sind einfach aber gemütlich. Alles da, was man benötigt und das zum fairen Preis. Da es nur 4 Wohnungen im Objekt sind, ist alles recht privat, genau wie der gemeinsame Pool. Etwas Rücksichtnahme unter den Urlaubern ist wichtig, wenn man so eng bei einander wohnt... auch die Lage ist günstig um die Toskana zu erkunden.

Le cadre environnant est très beau et calme, la literie est confortable.
Accueillis par la maman d’Isabella, il vaut mieux comprendre l’italien, sinon Isabella parle français et anglais aussi ;-) L’appartement dans le gîte était suffisamment spacieux pour un séjour d’une semaine. Propre et avec quelques équipements, lave vaisselle et four à micro-onde et cuisinière gaz. Prévoir comme dans un gîte les équipements de base (éponges, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette) seuls sont fournis les produits pour faire le ménage. Et la piscine bien agréable quand il fait chaud. Idéal pour un couple avec enfants.

Trés bon séjour
L'appartement est propre et tres bien équipé. Isabella nous a fournis tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre bambin. Le jardin est à partager avec les 3 autres appartements, mais on a bien assez de place et de tables pour en profiter. La piscine tres bien entretenue. Enfin, la situation de l'appartement permet de bien sillonnner la Toscane.

Very nice place and lovely owners. The appartament is almost new, well decorated and clean. Very easy for travelling with babys. The situation is extraordinary and the surrondings very nice for relaxing.
