"For an annual girls trip, my mother, 2 young daughters and I rented this property. The location was perfect to walk or take the trolley to prime destinations. The balcony is spacious and so relaxing with the sound of the creek. The property was very clean. We would definitely rent again!"

"This was our 2nd wonderful stay at Touchdown’s Treetop. The space and amenities are perfect for gathering with family and friends. Nice views await after the curvy uphill roads. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding. Good gathering space. And, the owner is great!"

"Hotel was quiet and clean and in a good location. It is close to park entrance and short walk to all the town’s amenities. Property shows some age, for instance our rear door lock was broken. Property staff not overly friendly. Breakfast bar pretty minimal."

The property is right in downtown Gatlinburg making it very easy to just walk to anything you wanted. No worries about parking which was great. The only downside is as soon as you check in you have to talk to their sales rep in order to get your parking pass, however he wasn’t pushy which was good. Also the restaurant on site was getting renovated so you did have to do a little bit of walking to get food, which wasn’t a big deal, but their restaurant advertisement looked good so I’m sorry I didn’t get to try it. But I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our time here and had a absolute blast, we lived near many things in walking distance we will never for this amazing trip to Tennessee this hotel made our trip extra special and my son loved this as well he didn’t wanted to leave at ALL we had a walking distance to see the smoky mountains , and my son was obsessed and absolutely love this place called mayfield their ice cream and funnel cake was the best we are definitely looking to come back VERY VERY, EXTREMELY soon This was the perfect trip we will come back many more times and we missed this place a lot to but this was the best vacation we have ever had so far
