Great Experience
The members of my group loved the cabin. They really enjoyed using all of the amenities that it provided. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and the check in and check out process was easy. The only difficulty was the WiFi kept going in and out often during our stay. The road to get to the cabin was also a little more dangerous than what I was expecting. Besides that, everything else was perfect!

Family Gatlinburg Trip
Mansion in the Sky was an amazing house that offered our group the perfect amount of space! Everyone had their own rooms and the kids had plenty to keep them busy. The game rooms and the movie theater room were nice and gave us things to do when it rained on Saturday. We did see a few bears, which was really cool. We respected their space and didn’t have any issues. It is a bit of a drive up to the house, but that is expected with homes that have amazing views of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The house was in a great location - only 10 minutes or so to downtown Gatlinburg and only 15 or so to Pigeon Forge. The hosts were really responsive. We had some internet issues the first day, and they quickly got the issue fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House
Definitely, a top notch property, Every single person in our party of eighteen was impressed with everything. Every bedroom is perfect every bedroom has a view with a bathroom and a fireplace. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. People who have stayed in Gatlinburg, numerous times said this is the best view they have ever had. The fact that there were many bears that would walk by was a bonus. We respected them and gave them their space. We would definitely return to this amazing home.

Cool Six Days
Property is a trick to drive to but wonderful to live in. We had Great Grand parents, Children, Grand children, and Great grand children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the recreation in the area. The layout of the cabin was perfect and we filled every bedroom. Only minor item was elevator not going to fourth floor. Kitchen and dining was great and well equipped. The electronic board was a great idea we had not seen before. It is a fantastic place for large families with ample space for gathering 20 or more people. We all had a wonderful time!

Mansion 2023
Mansion In The Sky is one of the most beautiful cabins we have evert stayed in. The bears were a bonus! It was big enough for the family, and many extra things to do. The best activity was sitting on the decks and watching the mountains.

Our families so enjoyed this house! It was a perfect fit for us. The children loved playing hide and go seek and the hot tubs. We enjoyed spending a long weekend with both sides of our family. The only complaint I have is you can hear everything between the floors. In other words there is no sleeping once the first person is up. We were greeted by a family of bears every day. They did explore the back of a couple of trucks. We had a blast and would definitely choose this house again.

Class Reunion Paradise
When you arrive, you are greeted with beautiful views from the back decks (all four of them). Bedrooms are very spacious and large. The dining room and large kitchen with two large refrigerators and ranges are great. Our group of eleven high school classmates needed a bedroom for each person and this one fit the bill perfectly. Decks had ample space and seating. There were only two complaints we had on the whole trip. One was the ice makers did not work on either of the two large fridges (this was a small inconvenience having to go buy ice all the time). We felt a place this large may have a stand-alone ice maker instead of the small freezer in the room off the kitchen. The major complaint we had was the blackstone-type grill (griddle) on the deck needs to be replaced with a large regular grill. We did not use the grill until the last night we were there. Two of the four temperature knobs on the grill were stripped out and would not turn (we had to use a pair of pliers to adjust the temperature on those two). Also, the grill would not heat up to an elevated temperature to cook the steaks we had purchased. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will try and return to this cabin if our group needs eleven bedrooms. We will just make sure the grill works the first day we arrive.

Overall, our stay at Mansion in the Sky was wonderful! There was some delay in receiving our check-in information but it was resolved the day prior to arrival. Mansion in the Sky looks like the pictures shown. Although there were some minor things that were not working correctly (e.g., home theater), communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. The views from the balconies were breath-taking! Black bear were commonly seen and close! Momma Bear with 4 cubs came to visit on our deck after cooking some breakfast food on the griddle outside one morning! You will not be disappointed in your stay at Mansion in the Sky!

Great Place for Large Family Gatherings
This property was PERFECT for our family trip. We had a group ranging from 4 months to 65yrs, including 1 in a wheelchair. Everything was great. Very accessible for the wheelchair user and plenty of space for the entire group of 38!!

mansion in the sky was perfect for our family reunion! we had the smallest issue and the house has a magic board that you touch and someone literally calls you within 30 seconds. The property manager had someone at the house within an hour. Probably the most remarkable service we have had to date.

The property was even more amazing than the photos showed! We all enjoyed many mornings and nights sitting on the balconies with the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. My group of friends enjoyed all the amenities, especially the movie theater and game rooms.

Great cabin and wheelchair friendly.
House was great! Seventeen family members (including one wheelchair user) spent 5 days at the cabin. We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to spread out and do our own things yet plenty of areas large enough to hang out together. Well stocked kitchen even though we didn’t cook at the cabin a single time. Enjoyed watch a family of 5 bears from the back decks. Got a bit of a scare when one of the bears came onto the main level deck while a couple of people were out there…they were looking over the rail for bears when an adult bear sauntered right up onto the deck. We scared her off, but she came back and knocked the grill over later that night. Scared the heck out of us! Overall, it’s a great place for a large group. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Views and Comfortable Place
It was a little intimidating for some, winding up to the top of the mountain to our lodge but the views were amazing. We had a large group of friends and their families gathered for our 2nd annual Gatlinburg trip. The hot tubs were steamy and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids and the adults busy. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Location was great for easy access to the Smokies for hiking and to Gatlinburg for shopping and exploring. We hope to return again someday. Thank you!

Best Work Retreat Ever!

1st Annual Marriage Retreat 2022
The Mansion in the Sky is an awesome property. The views of the mountains and sunrise/sunset are amazing. We had plenty of space for our 11 couples. We had a few issues during our stay but our host responded quickly to resolve. The biggest disappointment was that we couldn’t use the amazing theater room even after having our technician connect with the host. We had a big movie night planned and a few marriage sessions that involved showing a video that we couldn’t execute. Overall this was a great option for our retreat and I would book it again. A great big thank you to our hosts for being very attentive to our needs. GFWC married couples

Group of 11 guys so the house fit perfect. Lots of room and a lot places to hang out. Each room has a tv and fireplace (although several didn’t work). Kitchen was large and very nice. Weird for a house that charges as much as they do it doesn’t include garbage bags. Great place!

A total of 18 individuals stayed at this location for a couples trip. The place was spacious for each couple. The view was awesome. Getting to and from the location was the scary part due to the high mountains and narrow roads. Overall the location was great and I will book again!

Wonderful Experience!!
My family and I are from Florida and we really really enjoyed our time in this property. The check in/check out process was seem less. Waking up in the morning and being able to walk right onto the balcony to see the sunrise over the mountains was priceless.

Wonderful stay
We had an amazing time at the Mansion. The place was amazingly clean and perfect for our stay. The views were absolutely gorgeous and the decks were definitely used everyday. The fact that each of us had our own bedroom with full bathroom made life great and because each bedroom is pretty much the same no one felt like they didn’t get a good room. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful house with gorgeous view. Property manager was very friendly and quick to address issues that came up. I did send her a list of things that were not working in the home (some arcade games, one of the jetted tubs, some of the fireplaces and tv's) so hopefully they are fixed before the next guests arrive. I would recommend that they get someone to clean up all the garbage that has been thrown off of the back deck by past renters, it takes away from the beauty of the view. Would definitely stay here again!
