A great visit to The Smokies!
We had such a great time! This condo provided plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax, it's even nicer than the pictures make it look. It's just up the mountain from Gatlinburg so depending on how you go down, you end up right in the middle of things. We had a great stay here, we'll 100% book again.

Great stay high in the mtns.
The condo was wonderful, but pretty far off the beaten path. After winding around the mountain roads, we found the condo and was surprised that we had to go down steps to get to it. My mom has arthritis and that was a little difficult for her. We assumed a first floor condo would be at parking level. We had a great time other than the steps, but next time we will try to stay at a better location for her to walk.

This place was just perfect for our group. The trip up the mountain to this location my kids and husband just loved the view. It was nerve wrecking at the evening time bc of all the twist and turns but the place was cozy and comfortable. there was so much room and everything was comfortable to sleep. We would very much book again.

The condo is nice, clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need for a vacation. We loved having 2 king master bedrooms/bathrooms. Having owned a cabin in Gatlinburg, the roads didn't intimidate us. It's the mountains and you should expect steep/curvy roads. We will definitely stay here again!

Love the balcony and view. Beds and sofa are super comfortable. Close to everything, washer and dryer, kitchen and jacuzzi was a plus! We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves both times we used them. Saw a bear roaming the parking lot on our way out one day and saw a couple more around the corner on the way in one night, so cool!

Great stay, beautiful views!
We had a great time and everything we needed was there. Decor was adorable and mountain views from the windows and balcony were so beautiful! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen table was a perfect size for our whole family to play games, and the couches made it comfortable for the whole family to sit together. The drive is a bit daunting for those scared of heights, but it was definitely worth it! Would love to book this place again!

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo was well cared for and in a great spot. The views are amazing and well worth being a bit outside of town. It does take a bit to drive to the main attractions in the area, but it was totally worth it. The one concern we had was that the listing says it sleeps six. However, the condo has two king beds and a big couch. So there are not beds for six. It still worked great for us, but it is something to be aware of when considering this spot. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Heaven in the mountains y’all!
We had a last minute booking, the property owner reached out immediately, with helpful hints, and kind words! The pictures truly don’t do it justice! We have stayed in cabins for years, and the furniture is never comfy, and the beds are usually terrible! Not here! The couch is so comfortable my husband and I both fell asleep on it one night, he finally got up at like 4:30 and went to bed, and I didn’t wake up till after 7:00! I never sleep till 7:00 lol! The sunrise! Oh! The sunrise views! The best I’ve ever seen! Very quite, restful place! Our teenagers LOVED it, kinda like they had their own little stay in the other bedroom with the screened in porch, and bathroom! I almost forgot the tub! Bring the bath salts ladies! I did! No words! Amazing! Amazing tub! 15 minutes from everything, and anything you could want! 10/10 in every aspect! Stay here… Thank me later 😉

Overall, the condo was nice. There were some issues with the expectation of cleanliness of the property and items that were available to use within the kitchen of the condo. The beds were okay but definitely not super comfortable. Within the one bathroom (one with jacuzzi tub), the shower curtain liner was definitely not 100% clean as I noticed some black looking spots on the liner. Within the kitchen, there were not many pots, pans, or bakeware to use. The loaf pan had noticeable rust spots as well. There were some stones/bricks that looked loose in the wall near the dining room as well. Overall, the stay was okay. We loved the location and the views of the mountain.

Great property for a family with plenty of room. Comfortable beds . We had an issue with the TV and the property manager responded right away and even sent maintenance. The view was nice. Only issue we had was that the curtains didn’t block much light and windows are large letting lord of light in, we have a baby that naps during the day so we had to hang blankets over the windows , but it worked out. If you don’t mind a 15-20 minute ride to town it’s a great location in between both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. When we don’t have family with us we prefer to stay right in town so we can walk to some attractions but we spent more family time at the condo this trip so it was good.

We have stayed at Windswept Condos before and this visit was just as enjoyable. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Saw 2 bears on the grounds. Condo was very nicely decorated and beds were very comfy. Would recommend staying in this condo.

Of course roads are curvy but that’s part of being on top of a mountain. Would be nice if the unit had some better pots and pans for cooking and the beds slept well but very noisy getting on or off, even rolling over.

When we got to the property, the parking lot was very congested with a van and trailer. They were remodeling a unit. Walking down some stairs to get into our unit, steps not in great condition and railing broke. Could use major curb appeal. Opened our condo went in, it was very clean and just as expected. However, the lock didn't lock in the bedroom that goes out to screen pation, I could smell cigarette smoke, I cough badly when I get around it. The worse smell was coming from the kitchen sink drain. We have 2 children wanting to swim, went to the pool very close to area like it said. Bur not kid friendly or safe, the side of the pool bricks were coming off, another group was there with smaller children and a little girl fell in and scratched her leg because pool brick fell off when she was walking along side of pool, pool filter must need changed or clean, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool due to cleanliness of the pool. The condo itself was great! New couch, beds slept great! If you want to be close to town this place is far enough up, you only want to make the trip once or twice in a day. And you will see bear activity because the whole time we were there the dumpsters were full of trash and bears had it scattered all over.

Great home but scary drive
The home was great! Very roomy and the view was great! Screen in porch wonderful!! The beds OMG! I didn’t want to leave because of the bed! So comfortable! BUT the drive up was another story it was so scary I had anxiety going up and down the mountain and it was raining on our last day so it was even more scarier.. but I survived!! The house 5 out of 5 .. the drive 1 out of 5 If you are scared of mountains just grocery shop before you come!

Great condo!
The property was very clean and as shown in pictures. The leaves were beautiful this time of year. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened porch and watching the sunrise over the mountain. My only warning would be the drive up to the condo is definitely not for the faint of heart! But we had a great trip and would consider renting again in the future.

The property was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the mountains, sunrise and sunset. The only complaints I have are there wasn’t enough parking so we had to park in the no parking zone; the pictures on their website showed a stream along the backside of the property but we never saw one; there were no remotes that worked the bedroom TVs; and they definitely need to put a bathtub mat in the jacuzzi tub!!! The tub was so slippery that my husband fell while taking a shower. Although the website says “no pets allowed,” there were designated areas to take pets to potty. The ride to the condo is very scary! One review I read before our stay was “the drive was scary as hell! And that’s not good for people who suffer from anxiety!” That comment is SPOT ON!! The pictures on the website don’t do the condo justice. The condo had been updated with fresh paint and beautiful new comforters on the beds. It was very spacious for a family of 5! With all that said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

This condo meets the most basic needs of a traveler - a safe place to lay your head. The living room furniture is comfy and the kitchen is well supplied with cooking and baking needs. That being said this condo has stained pink carpeting. The washing machine didn't spin out. The dining room chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on. The condo smelled moldy when we opened the door. Probably because there was water still in the tub when we arrived. The dampness must have invited the water centipedes in as we killed quite a few. The property is at the top of a winding mountain road with few guard rails - not for the faint of heart. The pool and hot tub weren't very clean - we couldn't see to the bottom. Be aware that there aren't elevators on this property. By itself, that wasn't a problem for us, but the stairs are in need of repair. They are open and made of iron. They had rusted away and been shored up in some spots. Several of the stairs were wobbly. We did see bears both on the road and on the property.

Very spacious, loved that it had two king beds and two bathrooms. Had plenty of room and easy for four women to get ready! It is in the mountains, so make sure to arrive during the day time if you aren’t use to driving in the mountains. Beautiful views from the condo and loved the balcony area.
