Everyone who is traveling to lumbini... This is the place to go. It is host by a lovely family, and the owner speaks good English and give you a good feeling.
Yes Lumbini is mosquito kingdom but still you can enjoy your stay with a clean room w/hot shower, kind&friendly staff, delicious meal served from the restsurant on the ground floor.
Great location, a minute from the gate leading into the monastic complex. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Hard to be free of mosquitoes in Lumbini. The hotel does give you a plug in repellant but you can't avoid some being in the room. Good air conditioning.
Yes, this is a budget hotel like many I have stayed in Nepal but this hotel was a complete disappointment. The two positive things were that I always had hot water to take a nice shower and that it is located 2 minutes walk from where the bus stops, so was convenient to take my luggage. The negatives ...
