Mount Duneed, conveniently located a short-drive from Geelong CBD and Torquay is a great base for exploring the Surf Coast region. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas and a study, this home has been thoughtfully designed for larger groups and families in mind. The Space: Nestled in one of Geelong's most family-friendly suburbs, this stylish home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. With three bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x queen), Rowands Residence accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families or travelers of all kinds. All bedrooms have ample storage and the main bedroom has an ensuite for added comfort and privacy. Step inside to discover a separate lounge room, complete with a flat-screen TV and seating. This space offers a retreat from the main open-plan kitchen, dining and living space found towards the back of the property. It is perfect for families with kids or groups of adults needing that little bit of additional room.
