"Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay. "

"The Villa was perfect for a weekend dance convention. The master bedroom was so spacious and had an extra counter and sink. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator and table for 4. The Living Room was so nice with several chairs a desk and a sofa bed. Beautiful views of the golf course and a covered deck 😀 Would definitely come back !"

"After checking in I walked towards the elevator to go to my room and the elevator broke down. Had to use another elevator. Also, when I was in my room I heard a loud bang noise coming from the room next door that really bothered me. Other than that everything else was great."

"the stay was uneventful and the resort is nice. i arrived later at night, and it took me 20 minutes to find my room, enlisting middle of night maintenance workers to help find my way - they had difficulty too. there is very little signage. it was comical. the property is very large with lots of buildings and rooms. for expedia users, they charge a resort fee on top of the price you are booked in at.
